Ma sinceramente ho chiesto se mi potevano chiamare per fissare l appuntamento per visionare immobile in vendita e mi risponde: guardi sinceramente se dovessiomo chiamre chi vuole vedere un immobile.....MA ALLORA COME FATE A VENDERE???!!! Spettabile Signor Luca non mi riferivo a lei. In quanto quando ho chiamato in studio dopo aver inviato mail di richiesta alla quale non avete risposto, non mi ha risposto lei. Mi spiace perche l immobile mi interessava NEVER speak ill of those who work. Mi hanno fissato un appuntamento per visionare l'immobile e non si è presentato nessuno. Dopo 10 minuti di attesa, ho contattato lo studio e, scusandosi per il ritardo, mi hanno detto che sarebbe arrivato subito qualcuno. Dopo altri 10 minuti di inutile attesa, ho ricontattato l'agente e mi sono sentita dire che non sarebbe venuto nessuno perché l'appartamento era stato già venduto. Come se non bastasse, mi hanno sbattuto il telefono in faccia perché avevano clienti davanti e non potevano "perdere tempo" al telefono. I don't usually do reviews, but in this case I cannot fail to point out the absolute lack of professionalism of this real estate study. They set an appointment to view the property and nobody showed up. After 10 minutes of waiting, I contacted the studio and, apologizing for the delay, they told me that someone would arrive immediately. After another 10 minutes of useless waiting, I contacted the agent again and was told that no one would come because the apartment had already been sold. As if that wasn't enough, they slammed the phone in my face because they had customers in front of them and couldn't "waste time" on the phone.

Le foto pubblicate sull'annuncio erano perfettamente coerenti con l'immobile stesso e Luca si è rivelato disponibile e professionale, assistendomi ben oltre i suoi obblighi previsti. Decisamente consigliato. In merito ad altre recensioni, mi sento in dovere di aggiungere che ogniqualvolta abbiamo fissato un appuntamento, è stato Luca ad attendere me e non si è mai verificato alcun ritardo da parte sua. I can only warmly recommend Allocca real estate. I received a courteous and attentive service at every stage of the brokerage. The photos published on the ad were perfectly consistent with the property itself and Luca proved to be helpful and professional, assisting me well beyond his obligations. Definitely recommended. With regard to other reviews, I feel compelled to add that whenever we set an appointment, it was Luca who awaited me and there was never any delay on his part.

B	Beatrice Ciaramella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace lasciare una recensione negativa perché non è mia abitudine ma ho avuto occasione di parlare con l' agente immobiliare Luca Allocca per avere informazioni e delucidazioni su un appartamento in vendita e devo dire che sono rimasta sorpresa negativamente dal suo modo di approcciarsi alla conversazione in quanto rispondeva alle mie domande in modo sgorbutico e alquanto infastidito, a tratti anche arrabbiato. Mah... Spero che si sia trattato solo di un caso sporadico perché se fosse il suo modo normale di interloquire sarebbe poco professionale e alquanto cafone.
