Nessuno si è presentato all’appuntamento, non sono nemmeno stata avvisata e provando a chiamare il numero da cui mi avevano contattato era staccato. Deduco che sia prassi per prendere contatti e le altre recensioni siano finte. Mai vista una situazione così assurda I made an appointment to see an apartment even though the ad was without photos. I take it as a practice to make contacts and the other reviews are fake. Never seen such an absurd situation

La pratica è stata rapida e semplice: incontro con il proprietario, presa visione dell'appartamento, firma del contratto, consegna chiavi. Il tutto tramite lo studio Grandi che si è fatto carico di tutte le formalità e adempimenti nprevisti e per di più si è offerto anche di fare le volture utenze che normalmente non sono di sua spettanza. Sono molto soddisfatto e ringrazio la signora Grandi per la sua competenza e disponibilità. I signed a lease a few days ago. Non c'è mai stata occasione in cui io non abbia apprezzato la grande competenza con cui svolge il suo lavoro e in più apprezzo moltissimo la sua grande onestà (merce rara), la passione che investe in quello che fa e non ultima la sua rude schiettezza. Recentemente ho sottoscritto con lei un contratto d'affitto e, contrariamente a quanto affermato dal Sig. Favetta, lo Studio Grandi ha puntualmente e correttamente eseguito gli adempimenti necessari. Nulla da aggiungere, se non grazie.
