Peccato i tempi di consegna e soprattutto la qualità dei montatori: da dimenticare; lavoro fatto di fretta con risultato finale ben lontano dalle aspettative. Ci si aspetterebbe montatori attenti al dettaglio e non all'orologio. Purtroppo una esperienza simile distrugge l'immagine del prodotto. Ho in casa ancora i ferri del mestiere del montatore che è passato a cambiare un cassetto che avevano danneggiato durante il montaggio!.....fretta.....troppa fretta..... Too bad the delivery times and above all the quality of the fitters: to forget; work done in a hurry with the final result far from expectations. One would expect fitters who are attentive to detail and not to the watch. Unfortunately, such an experience destroys the image of the product. I still have at home the tools of the trade of the fitter who changed a drawer that they had damaged during the assembly! ..... hurry ..... too much hurry .....

Sia nella progettazione, sia nel rilievo misure, sia nella consegna sono stati estremamente professionali e sono riusciti ad entrare in sintonia con le nostre esigenze. Menzione particolare per il servizio post vendita: oltre ad un secondo passaggio dei montatori per verificare il montaggio a distanza di qualche giorno, appena abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema è stato risolto (grazie in particolare ad Alessandro) senza alcuna spesa aggiuntiva. We bought a Lube kitchen and the service was perfect. Both in the design, in the relief measures, and in the delivery they were extremely professional and managed to get in tune with our needs. Special mention for the after-sales service: in addition to a second step by the fitters to check the assembly after a few days, as soon as we had a small problem it was solved (thanks in particular to Alessandro) without any additional expense.

Alle 13:15 la cucina era montata e funzionante, senza intoppi. Pulizia e ordine. Insomma soddisfazione piena. Complimenti per la competenza nel saper proporre la soluzione più idonea e nel portare al compimento il progetto, dal venditore, all'architetto per le misure, al commerciale, è ai ragazzi del montaggio.
