Abbiamo risolto i nostri problemi di dispersione termica e beneficiato dello sconto in fattura. Siamo stati seguiti molto bene in ogni fase, dal momento della scelta dei materiali, alla documentazione necessaria per aderire al bonus, all'installazione. Sono tutti dei professionisti e persone molto gentili. Thanks to the Pagliano carpentry we have changed all the fixtures. Insulation and soundproofing are excellent. I requisiti di scelta erano: disponibilità di un serramento tecnicamente moderno ma artigianalmente adattabile a una casa primi ‘900, garanzia di una posa in opera professionale (meglio se certificata) e, infine, un costo (con ecobonus in fattura) non significativamente superiore ad altre offerte nella stessa fascia di mercato. La falegnameria Pagliano centrava questi obiettivi. Poi il resto: il servizio di vendita, l’accuratezza di sopralluogo e rilevazioni; i suggerimenti e le personalizzazioni del prodotto. La precisione e la cura nella posa in opera sono non solo una promessa mantenuta ma il grande punto di forza di Pagliano. Non sto a ripetere le tante cose positive presenti in quasi tutte le recensioni. Ne aggiungo una: la passione per il lavoro ben fatto, non astratta ma sul campo (cacciavite in mano, per capirci) del titolare e del Team. Si è ridotto drasticamente il rumore dall'esterno e ovviamente ogni spiffero che prima rendeva la casa fredda. Molto seri e professionali gli installatori. Ottima la comunicazione con l'azienda. Inoltre è l'unica ditta che ci ha garantito l'installazione sui nuovi infissi dei pannelli con vetri cattedrale che avevamo già sui precedenti infissi.
