Comunque mi sento in dovere di rettificare la recensione precedente perché ho trovato il propietario molto gentile e disponibile e il negozio bello con articoli molto interessanti. In reality the review started I don't know how. However I feel compelled to rectify the previous review because I found the owner very kind and helpful and the shop nice with very interesting items.

Anche i montatori sono stati professionali e cordiali. Il venditore che è anche il titolare ci ha seguiti benissimo. I bought a completely custom closet, others told me I could not be done, or change parts of the series but the result was not what I wanted from them instead of my every request was answered. The editors were also professional and friendly. The seller who is also the owner looked after us so well.

La fase di progettazione è stata piuttosto semplice e veloce, dal momento che avevo ben chiare le idee sulla composizione. Solo prima dell'ordine, ci viene detto che uno dei colori scelti non poteva essere utilizzato e quindi abbiam dovuto sceglierne un altro. L'esperienza di montaggio è stata piuttosto amara. Durante l'installazione, la scrivania sospesa inizia ad inclinarsi e una delle aste che la sorregge inizia a staccare via l'intonaco dal muro. Ho chiesto pertanto al falegname di fermare la messa in opera della scrivania stessa e supporto di Claudio, il quale si è attivato per ordinare delle gambe su misura (stessa casa produttrice, stesso colore). Nel complesso, abbiamo dovuto aspettare altrettante 2 visite del falegname per vedere completato il lavoro, diverso alla fine dall'originale, ma comunque buono. Le 2 stelle dipendono dall'attesa per la chiusura del montaggio (che si è protratta più del dovuto) e dal fatto che per un po' di tempo la mia parete attrezzata è stata incompleta. I report the purchase experience of an equipped wall with Mr. Claudio. The design phase was rather quick and easy, since I had a clear idea of the composition. Just before the order, we are told that one of the chosen colors could not be used and therefore we had to choose another one. The editing experience was quite bitter. During installation, the suspended desk begins to tilt and one of the rods holding it begins to peel away the plaster from the wall. I therefore asked the carpenter to stop setting up the desk itself and Claudio's support, who took steps to order custom-made legs (same manufacturer, same color). Overall, we had to wait 2 visits from the carpenter to see the work completed, different in the end from the original, but still good. The 2 stars depend on the wait for the assembly to be completed (which took longer than necessary) and on the fact that my equipped wall was incomplete for some time.
