F	Fabio Fiskio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aprile ‘19, sotto consiglio dei miei genitori, ho optato per la fornitura totale CUCINA/LIVING/BAGNO presso lo store BUSSOLINO CUCINE di Via Mongonevro Torino. Pienamente disponibili nella fase del preventivo, totalmente inefficienti nel post vendita. Primo motivo: per la qualità della cucina e tutto il border corredato, mi aspettavo che non ci fosse discordanza/gioco tra telaio e ante ed invece si presenta di circa 2,5/3 mm. Ritardo nella consegna pur avendo prenotato tutto con largo anticipo (il perché è stata la caduta accidentale del TOP di 2,5 mt dal camion). Secondo motivo: l’installazione del vetro bagno vedeva una crepa nell’angolo alto vicino all’avvitamento del LED e un graffio (se non me ne accorgevo io mi rimaneva sul groppone) e la sostituzione è avvenuta dopo 3 mesi. Terzo motivo: purtroppo il rapporto col cliente non è stato adeguato. In riferimento alla sostizione specchio, ricevevo risposte vaghe, rimbalzi perché avevano nuovi lavori da fare e il modo di approcciare al cliente non mi è piaciuto per niente (non vado oltre nei dettagli). Pessima esperienza avendo scelto e dato fiducia ad un rivenditore diverso dai “grandi”. Un consiglio: seguite passo passo dalla progettazione fino all’installazione chiamando giornalmente (io l’ho fatto e mi sono evitato di buttare via dei bei soldi). Fully available at the quote stage, totally inefficient in post-sales. First reason: due to the quality of the kitchen and the whole border, I expected that there would be no discordance / gap between the frame and the doors and instead it would be around 2.5 / 3 mm. Delay in delivery despite having booked everything well in advance (because it was the accidental fall of the TOP of 2.5 meters from the truck). Second reason: the installation of the bathroom glass saw a crack in the high corner near the screwing of the LED and a scratch (if I did not notice it I remained on the rump) and the replacement took place after 3 months. Third reason: unfortunately the relationship with the customer was not adequate. In reference to the mirror substitution, I received vague answers, rebounds because they had new jobs to do and I didn't like the way of approaching the customer at all (I don't go into details anymore). Very bad experience having chosen and trusted a different retailer than the “big ones”. A tip: follow step by step from design to installation by calling daily (I did it and I avoided throwing good money away).

Funzionalità e estetica si sono fuse in una ventata di novità. oltre al risultato del design anche serietà nel pianificare l’arrivo e il montaggio. Insomma lo consiglio! Abbiamo fatto proprio bene!!! Il design e l’ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo delle cucine Snaidero sono innegabili, ma la vera differenza l’hanno fatta proprio loro di Bussolino Cucine, in particolare Carlo Giannotti. Sebbene la pandemia ci abbia costretti a fissare il nostro primo appuntamento sulla piattaforma Zoom, Carlo ha saputo, sin dal primo momento, capire le nostre esigenze e immaginare insieme a noi come volevamo vivere la nostra nuova cucina. The design and excellent value for money of Snaidero kitchens are undeniable, but the real difference was made by Bussolino Cucine, in particular Carlo Giannotti. Although the pandemic forced us to make our first appointment on the Zoom platform, Carlo was able, from the very first moment, to understand our needs and imagine with us how we wanted to experience our new kitchen.
