★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si rifiutano di intervenire a seguito di una richiesta di intervento in garanzia per un problema STRUTTURALE da me segnalato. Rispondono che il costruttore non interviene trascorsi 20 mesi dall'utilizzo. Peccato che la garanzia in Italia "avrebbe" una durata contrattuale di 24 mesi.... evidentemente non per loro! Sconsigliatissimi, dopo la vendita in caso di difettosità del prodotto vi suggeriranno di rivolgervi a professionisti per le riparazioni a vostre spese! Incredibile!
 They refuse to intervene following a warranty request for a STRUCTURAL problem reported by me. They reply that the manufacturer does not intervene after 20 months from use. Too bad that the guarantee in Italy "would" have a contractual duration of 24 months .... obviously not for them! Not recommended, after the sale in case of product defects they will suggest you to contact professionals for repairs at your expense! Incredible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente trovo il tempo per lasciare la mia recensione del negozio Lube Store Settimo Cielo, dove ho acquistato la cucina che sognavo da tempo. La Sig.ra Stefania ci ha assistiti per trasformare il mio disegno in una cucina reale e funzionale. Il modello Provenza con ante legno non è risultato visionabile in nessuno degli store Lube, ma Stefania è riuscita a farsi inviare un'anta per farci vedere la qualità dal vivo. A dicembre, montaggio perfetto da parte della squadra, che ha provveduto anche a pulire la stanza a fine lavoro. Un problema con il lavello, che è risultato ammaccato in 2 punti, ma che è stato sostituito nel giro di qualche settimana. Complessivamente sono molto soddisfatta e felice per la mia fantastica cucina.
I finally find the time to leave my review of the Lube Store Settimo Cielo, where I bought the kitchen I have been dreaming of for a long time. Mrs. Stefania assisted us in transforming my design into a real and functional kitchen. The Provenza model with wooden doors could not be viewed in any of the Lube stores, but Stefania managed to have a door sent to show us the quality live. In December, perfect assembly by the team, who also cleaned the room at the end of the work. A problem with the sink, which was dented in 2 places, but which was replaced within a few weeks. Overall I am very satisfied and happy with my fantastic cooking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati nel centro Lube Creo un pomeriggio per caso a dare un'occhiata, abbiamo conosciuto Luigina una persona molto professionale e disponibile. Insieme abbiamo progettato la nostra cucina, e con tanta pazienza ha effettuato tutti i nostri cambi di colore ,posizione dei pensili ,ecc...fino ad arrivare a creare una cucina stupenda . Sono venuti a montarlacela venerdì Marco e Pietro ,due ragazzi molto gentili e professionali . Non potevamo trovare di meglio . Grazie a tutto il team di Lube Creo Settimo Cielo. Roberta e Matteo
We went to the Lube Creo center one afternoon by chance to have a look, we met Luigina a very professional and helpful person. Together we designed our kitchen, and with a lot of patience he made all our color changes, the position of the cabinets, etc ... until we created a wonderful kitchen. Ci siamo recati nello store Lube di Settimo a fine novembre per la scelta della nuova cucina.
Sin dal primo incontro siamo stati seguiti e consigliati da Franco, che é riuscito a soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze con estrema precisione, chiarezza e professionalità.
Da notare che il nostro progetto prevedeva una cucina con misure molto particolari che si sono rivelate ancora più strane nel momento in cui il geometra ha fatto i rilievi. (Muri squadrati, piglie portanti, ecc..).
Dopo i due primi incontri per la progettazione a novembre, Franco ha pazientemente aspettato che finissimo i lavori di ristrutturazione, dopodiché a inizio febbraio il geometra ha fatto il rilievo ufficiale e il 22/02 é partito l’ordine.
Consegna della cucina il 7 aprile!!
Oltre a Franco, da sottolineare la grandissima professionalità, competenza, onestà e simpatia di Toni e Cipo (i montatori) che in mezza giornata di lavoro hanno montato il tutto.
Per finire: prezzo della cucina super competitivo e qualità del servizio altissima. Ora non ci resta che provarla!

We went to the Lube di Settimo store at the end of November to choose the new kitchen.
From the first meeting we were followed and advised by Franco, who managed to satisfy all our needs with extreme precision, clarity and professionalism.
It should be noted that our project included a kitchen with very particular measures that turned out to be even stranger when the surveyor made the surveys. (Square walls, load-bearing legs, etc ..).
After the first two meetings for the design in November, Franco patiently waited for the renovation work to be finished, then at the beginning of February the surveyor made the official survey and on 22/02 the order was sent.
Delivery of the kitchen on April 7th !!
In addition to Franco, to underline the great professionalism, competence, honesty and sympathy of Toni and Cipo (the editors) who assembled everything in half a day's work.
Finally: super competitive price of the kitchen and very high quality of service. Now we just have to try it!
