In breve Pagato tutto in anticipo, consegna in ritardo di 3 mesi, Modello cappa sbagliata, misure sbagliate con attacco tubo cappa spostato uno zoccolino nero e uno marrone, penisola più larga di 20 cm. Gli unici professionali sono i montatori seri e precisi a loro 5 stelle. Assistenza post vendita inadeguata, Il venditore Dimitri non si è degnato nemmeno di rispondere alla mail dove spiegavamo i vari disguidi. Ora è circa 2 mesi che abbiamo la cucina montata ma con la cappa scollegata e di un altro modello. Una volta presi i soldi il negozio sparisce e lascia tutto in mano all assistenza che però non è seria e competente. Adesso siamo in attesa del pensile della cappa modificato e la cappa giusta. Vedremo.... sarò ben felice di rivalutare la mia recensione Very nice kitchens but ..... Cucina arrivata a settembre e incompleta, top sbagliato, pensile con vetro non arrivato e troppo pieno del lavandino assente.. Living addirittura non si Sapeva la data di consegna! Ad ottobre arrivato top giusto, living arrivato ma incompleto in quanto le misure del vetro erano sbagliate, vetro del pensile della cucina misura sbagliata!! A gennaio ritornano e il vetro del living ancora sbagliato, devo ringraziare solo i montatori che sono riusciti a risolvere il problema!! Cucina e living arrivati con 5 mesi di ritardo, mille chiamate a miarredi a Milano dove non si riusciva mai a parlare con qualcuno se non con la solita signora del call center! Chiamato il negozio a montano ma mai avuto aiuto in quanto il signor Nicolò era assente (unica persona competente in quel negozio), trovo assurdo che se un collega sia assente per molto tempo nessuno sappia dare una mano!! Però i soldi in anticipo la Lube li vuole! Cucina e soggiorno sono molto belli ma visto la rabbia e il tempo perso mai più con Lube! Bought a kitchen and living room (paid quite a lot). Dopo 3 settimane che chiedo spiegazioni il venditore continua ad inventarsi scuse strampalate. Alzo da 1 a 3 stelle perchè l'assistenza post vendita di Miarredi sembra funzionare bene e ha risolto i vari problemi al contrario di quella Lube che non mi è sembrata all'altezza.
