Siamo andati da loro con le piantine di casa e poche idee molto confuse. dopo 4 mesi tra progetti e nostre decisioni un po' sofferte, c'è l' abbiamo fatta. Un grazie anche ai montatori che hanno faticato un bel po. soddisfatti We have furnished the whole house by Livingood. our 5 locals did really well. We went to them with house plans and a few very confused ideas. after 4 months of projects and our somewhat painful decisions, we did it. Thanks also to the editors who worked a lot. satisfied

Non pensavo potesse riuscire così bene. Ho arredato da loro anche la camera da letto con un armadio ad angolo molto capiente e un letto con contenitore e reti motorizzate. Presto arrederò da loro anche il soggiorno. Excellent welcome, Alessandro was able to follow me in transferring what I wanted to my kitchen project. I didn't think it could turn out so well. I also furnished the bedroom with a very large corner wardrobe and a bed with storage unit and motorized networks. Soon I will also furnish the living room with them.

Ci ha seguito per ogni dettaglio di stile e di costo, prima e dopo la firma del contratto. Consegna nei tempi, cucina esteticamente bella e molto funzionale. Durante il montaggio c'è stato qualche problemino dovuto, probabilmente alla fretta (mancavano dei cavi e sono dovuta andare io a comprarli, il piano non è stato collegato bene, il lavello era errato per via di un misunderstandig) tuttavia tutti i problemi sono stati prontamente risolti. Assolutamente consigliato data l'alta professionalità. The experience with Life cucine was very good, Alessandro designed the kitchen for us exactly as we had imagined it. He followed us for every detail of style and cost, before and after the signing of the contract. Delivery on time, aesthetically beautiful and very functional kitchen. During the assembly there was some problem, probably due to haste (there were no cables and I had to go and buy them, the top was not connected well, the sink was wrong due to a misunderstanding) however all the problems were promptly resolved. Absolutely recommended given the high professionalism.

Non essendo presente in sede il materasso ci è stato assicurato che avrebbero portato il materasso da un loro magazzino al negozio. Ci è stato riferito che lo avrebbero portato in più occasioni e quindi confidando nella serietà siamo andati 5 volte in negozio, ma ogni volta adducevano una scusa diversa e il materasso non c era. In ultimo abbiamo parlato con un signore che si è presentato come titolare SIG Antonio, che ci ha assicurato che avrebbe recuperato il materasso, dandoci addirittura il suo numero di telefono. Oggi abbiamo contattato il SIG Antonio che ci ha ha assicurato che da li a un ora avrebbe recuperato il materasso. Ci siamo RECATI in serata in negozio ma il materasso non c era. Mi sembra poco corretto e poco professionale, non si può far andare in negozio un cliente 6 volte e ogni volta trovare una scusa diversa. Acquisteremo il materasso da un altro rivenditore più serio e professionale. Queste persone sono quelle che discreditano l Italia e gli italiani. Complimenti!!!! We negotiated for the purchase of a double mattress defining the price and home delivery. Since the mattress was not present in the office, we were assured that they would bring the mattress from their warehouse to the shop. We were told that they would have brought it on several occasions and therefore trusting in the seriousness we went to the shop 5 times, but each time they gave a different excuse and the mattress was not there. Finally we spoke with a gentleman who introduced himself as the owner SIG Antonio, who assured us that he would have recovered the mattress, even giving us his telephone number. Today we contacted SIG Antonio who assured us that in an hour he would recover the mattress. We went to the shop in the evening but the mattress was not there. It seems unfair and unprofessional to me, you can't make a customer go to the store 6 times and find a different excuse each time. We will purchase the mattress from another more serious and professional dealer. These people are the ones who discredit Italy and the Italians. Well done!!!!
