Chiedo per favore all azienda di non rispondermi con messaggi d pseudo scuse (anche perché chiaramente un copia e incolla a tutte le risposte negative). Spero vivamente invece che vengano presi provvedimenti concreti, perché potrebbe portare alla perdita di clienti. Due Commesse presenti: una sempre al Cell o intenta a fare altro piuttosto che d preoccuparsi dell unico cliente, e l'altra (sembrava) impegnata ad allestire la vetrina. Per non parlare della poca scelta d prodotti (unica colpa non attribuibile alle "commesse" ) Purtroppo bisognava ogni volta andare alla ricerca del personale per chiederle di fare il loro lavoro. Assurdo. Pensateci bene prima d assumere o d lasciare personale "svogliato" alla guida d un negozio. Le recensioni servono anche a questo. Bad experience. Two orders present: one always at the Cell or intent on doing something else rather than worrying about the only customer, and the other (it seemed) busy setting up the window. Not to mention the lack of choice of products (the only fault not attributable to the "orders") Unfortunately, every time we had to go in search of staff to ask them to do their job. Absurd. Think carefully before hiring or leaving "listless" staff running a shop. Reviews also serve this purpose.

Rapportato ad un altra catena che si riassomiglia per l'abbigliamento preso in considerazione non vi è di certo paragone. Posso soltanto dire che sono stato seguito molto bene da una signorina con i capelli biondi corti haime' non ricordo il nome ,la quale messa a dura prova dalla mia fiscalità a partire di un abito completo, più panciotto per arrivare alla fine a fare tutto il completo di calzini, cravatta, papillon, pochette,cintura ed addirittura scarpe ( sull'ultimo punto ho ragionato molto poiché sono un cliente fidelity Geox) per giungere al finale dell'orlo fatta dalla vostra sarta impeccabile. Detto tutto oggi mi sono recato dopo aver chiamato il punto vendita che mi ha risposto in maniera gentile e cordiale la signorina Silvia, al mio arrivo mi ha accolto molto volentieri la signorina Federica ( se non erro la responsabile) la quale molto minuziosa mi ha indicato di indossare il pantalone per il quale avevo chiesto una piccola accorciatina, che dire amanti anche dei cani , io ho un maltese Toy gli hanno fatto le feste per il tempo giusto non divulgandosi a livello professionale. Bhe io posso dire che in questo punto vendita ho speso molto volentieri più di 300 euro che ne valgono dal singolo euro per accoglienza, gentilezza, professionalità ed affidabilità, ed una cosa molto importante la puntualità. Quindi consiglio di non tener conto delle brutte recensioni poiché non rispecchiano la realtà che troverete all'interno di questo punto vendita. Saluti, Tavano Salvatore. Questa settimana sono passata ma lei giustamente era in ferie :). Comunque mi sono trovata ugualmente bene con le la altre ragazze. Sempre ottimi prodotti, sicuramente tornerò a breve per la nuova collezione. Alta capello corto, presumo la responsabile. Mi ha accolto e consigliato per un'abito che mi serviva per un matrimonio. Devo dire che non ero convinto non conoscendo bene il brand. Però mi ha illustrato il prodotto e spiegato le bene le vestibilità. Dopo varie prove e tanta pazienza mi ha aiutato a trovare ciò che volevo.
