Mi hanno venduto un caricabatterie che doveva essere compatibile con il mio cellulare. Quando arrivi a casa non andava! Sono dovuta andare 3 volte in negozio.. E alla fine me l' hanno dovuto sostituire con un altro articolo più costoso a spese mie.. Senza voler restituirmi i soldi!! Non comprerò mai più in quel negozio!
 Rude and not understanding staff.
They sold me a charger that was supposed to be compatible with my cell phone. When you get home he was not going! I had to go to the shop 3 times .. And in the end they had to replace it with another more expensive item at my expense .. Without wanting to give me back my money !! I will never buy in that shop again!

anyone who says anything negative about these guys doesn't know what they say because they are super knowledgeable, courteous and professional. there aren't many around like that anymore .. good guys

The staff is kind and apparently prepared… ..pity they advised me to change the rate to file the bill which has instead risen by a very large amount and to restore it will require the usual boring bureaucracy… ..DELUDING….
