★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale addetto alle vendite è molto gentile e disponibile...ma gli SMS che arrivano non rispecchiano la realtà di vendita . Sono diverse volte che mi reco in negozio perché avvisata delle offerte promo ma...mancano le taglie sempre.
The sales staff are very nice and helpful ... but the text messages that arrive don't reflect the sales reality. I go to the store several times because I have been notified of the promo offers but ... there are always sizes missing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primissimo pomeriggio per fare qualche acquisto, decido di entrare da Loveble, via Sparano. Dopo aver atteso il mio turno, entro, ho appena iniziato a chiedere aiuto alla commessa che quest' ultima decide di servire contemporaneamente un altra cliente che aspettava fuori il negozio. Faccio notare alla commessa che ci sono io all interno del negozio perciò vorrei essere seguita, l' altra cliente dovrà aspettare il suo turno come ho fatto io.... La commessa a quel punto mi risponde in maniera parecchio aggressiva dicendomi che la richiesta dell' altra cliente non la disturba, però disturba me... le faccio notare... Morale la commessa mi lascia ad aspettare per andare a controllare la presenza di una taglia: Richiesta fatta dalla cliente che era fuori il negozio e avrebbe dovuto aspettare il suo turno, ma è ovvio che questo spettava dirlo alla commessa.... Risultato sono uscita senza comprare nulla, non tornerà mai più in quel negozio. Un consiglio alla commessa in questione:non si discute mai e non ci si rivolge in maniera aggressiva verso il cliente, è davvero molto stupido farlo, un ulteriore consiglio ai RESPONSABILI del negozio: PER STARE CON IL PUBBLICO LE COMMESSE VANNO FORMATE. A non più rivederci.
Very early afternoon to do some shopping, I decide to enter Loveble, via Sparano. After waiting for my turn, I enter, I have just begun to ask for help from the saleswoman who decides to simultaneously serve another customer who was waiting outside the shop. I point out to the saleswoman that I am inside the shop so I would like to be followed, the other customer will have to wait her turn as I did .... The saleswoman at that point replies in a very aggressive way telling me that the request of the other customer does not bother her, but it does bother me ... I point out ... Moral the saleswoman leaves me to wait to go and check for a size: Request made by the customer who was outside the shop and should have waited for the his turn, but it is obvious that this was up to the saleswoman .... Result I went out without buying anything, she will never go back to that shop. A tip to the saleswoman in question: you never discuss and do not aggressively address the customer, it is really very stupid to do so, a further advice to the shop managers: TO BE WITH THE PUBLIC, THE ORDERS MUST BE FORMED. Not to see us again.
