Nonostante il cappello fosse stato acquistato tre mesi prima, e quindi la possibilità di reso non più valida, il commesso mi da comunque la possibilità di restituire l’articolo e scegliere un altro capo in negozio. Scelgo di cambiare il cappello con un pantalone dal valore di €190, scontato €133, mentre il reso ha un valore di €30. Al momento del pagamento, lo stesso commesso mi spiega che non si può applicare la scontistica sul’articolo da me scelto, ma si può applicare solo la scontistica che era presente sull’articolo a cui è stato fatto il reso. Risultato? MI HANNO TRUFFATO: ho pagato €138 un pantalone che a saldo veniva €133, ed in più ho restituito il cappello del valore di 30€ La vera pessima esperienza inizia circa un paio d’ore dopo, quando mi accorgo dell’errore: mi reco nuovamente in negozio e, dopo aver spiegato l’accaduto, il commesso mi dice che è stato fatto tutto regolarmente e l’errore è solamente il mio perchè “avrei dovuto leggere il prezzo sull’etichetta dell’articolo”. Avete guadagnato 35€ in più grazie ad una mia disattenzione ma sicuramente avete perso un cliente! You have earned € 35 more thanks to my carelessness but you have certainly lost a customer!
