Ho riportato in negozio un capo con una cucitura difettosa ad una settimana dal suo acquisto e mi è stato detto di contattare l'assistenza clienti, contatto l'assistenza clienti e si rifiutano di riconoscere il problema per poi ignorare le mie mail alla scadenza del mese di garanzia (che loro stessi hanno portato ad oltrepassare). Tutto questo con il difetto chiarissimo essendo la cucitura (la quale aveva ceduto) visibilmente storta ed in presenza della testimonianza della sarta (a cui ho fatto riparare il capo) presente a fianco al negozio! Non consiglierei Gutteridge nemmeno se rimanesse il solo venditore d'abbigliamento in città. We need just a little attention to customers, admission of errors or at least availability ... Oggi pomeriggio ho deciso di far shopping per comprare qualche souvenir e regali per il mio compagno. Entrata da Gutteridge, ho deciso di acquistare alcuni capi e mi dirigo dal commesso per aiutarmi in quanto il negozio era vuoto. Mentre parlavo col commesso entra una coppia ben vestita e il commesso mi abbandona mentre gli parlavo delle taglie e si dirige verso questa coppia. Ora dico, non necessariamente una persona che è ben vestita merita più rispetto perchè rispetto ad un'altra che indossa jeans e scarpe da ginnastica. Non si giudica un libro da una copertina! Sono indignata del comportamento...ogni persona merita rispetto, a prescindere. Ho deciso di andarmene e non spendere i miei soldi in un negozio dove non vi è rispetto dei clienti I am a girl from Bari who lives in London for work reasons. Having entered Gutteridge's, I decided to buy some clothes and I go to the clerk to help me as the shop was empty. While I was talking to the salesman a well-dressed couple enters and the salesman leaves me while I was talking to him about the sizes and goes towards this couple. Now I say, a person who is well dressed does not necessarily deserve more respect because than someone who wears jeans and trainers. You don't judge a book by a cover! I am outraged by the behavior ... every person deserves respect, regardless. I have decided to leave and not spend my money in a shop where there is no respect for customers
f	fabio semeraro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di solito compro almeno 7/8 articoli da gutteridge, siamo entrati già con diverse bag, direi che si vedevano i buoni propositi ma le commesse non volevano farci provare più di una camicia, ne ho provata solo una e l’ho comprata. Avrei voluto ci fosse stato il l proprietario per dirgli che le sue due commesse non meritano il posto che ricoprono. Hanno trovato la scusa che c’è il COVID ma poi ripiegavano le robe e le rimettevano al posto ?‍♂️?? Di solito provo tutte le camice che voglio e ne compro gran parte ma ho preferito andarmene con una camicia pur di non far affaticare le commesse. I usually buy at least 7/8 items from gutteridge, we have already entered with several bags, I would say that we saw good intentions but the orders did not want us to try on more than one shirt, I only tried one and bought it. I wish the owner had been there to tell him that his two orders do not deserve the position they hold. They found the excuse that there is COVID but then they folded the stuff and put it back in its place ?‍♂️?? I usually try on all the shirts I want and buy most of them but I preferred to leave with a shirt so as not to tire the orders.
