Mi servivo da un paio di anni da questa azienda per la frutta secca, che ho trovato molto buona. Quest'anno l'ordine non è arrivato, mi sono rivolta subito a loro inviando foto delle due spedizioni ricevute che contenevano vino, ma loro hanno subito accusato il fermopoint che avevo inserito come destinatario e chiesto a me di andare ad indagare, rifiutando il risarcimento. Dopo due mesi inviando mail al servizio clienti del corriere, che ha effettuato consegne errate ho ricevuto il rimborso. Quindi se va tutto bene i prodotti sono buoni ,altrimenti non chiedete aiuto, mi hanno anche intimato che avrebbero fatto intervenire le autorità, azione da me auspicata ma mai avvenuta. Mi ha molto infastidito il loro modo di fare verso noi riceventi solo accuse infondate.

This year the order did not arrive, I immediately contacted them by sending photos of the two shipments received which contained wine, but they immediately accused the fermopoint that I had entered as the recipient and asked me to go and investigate, refusing the compensation . After two months sending mail to the courier's customer service, which made incorrect deliveries, I received the refund. So if all goes well the products are good, otherwise don't ask for help, they also told me that they would have the authorities intervene, an action that I hoped for but never took place. I was very bothered by the way they deal with us receiving only unfounded accusations.
