★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace, dopo tanto tempo che mi sono affidato a questo sito dover dare un giudizio negativo ma dopo solo 4 mesi e non più di 10 utilizzi le cartucce non fanno più funzionare la mia stampante, nuova anch'essa di 4 mesi(se tolgo le cartucce tutto torna normale). Sul sito offrono una garanzia di 6 mesi sui prodotti acquistati, la giustificazione per non offrirmi garanzia è stata: "Sbalzi di tensione". Non sono uno sprovveduto tanto meno un incompetente, la stampante non è utilizzata assiduamente ma solo al bisogno perciò non vedo come sia possibile lo sbalzo di tensione. Non ordinerò più da voi e lo sconsiglio vivamente.
I'm sorry, after so long that I have entrusted myself to this site to have to give a negative judgment but after only 4 months and no more than 10 uses the cartridges do not make my printer work anymore, also new one of 4 months (if I remove the cartridges all back to normal). On the site offer a 6 month guarantee on products purchased, the justification for not offer guarantee it was: "Power surges." I am not a fool, much less an incompetent, the printer is not used assiduously but only when needed so I don't see how the power surge is possible. I will no longer order from you and I strongly advise against it.
