★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta all'agenzia Loran per noleggiare un'auto all'aeroporto di Brindisi. Ho trovato il personale molto disponibile e accogliente, in particolare Aurelia mi ha dato diversi consigli sui luoghi da visitare offrendomi un preventivo di spesa davvero interessante.
Auto pulita e servizio professionale, se ne avrò bisogno mi rivolgerò nuovamente a loro.
 I turned to Loran agency to rent a car at Brindisi airport. I found the staff very helpful and welcoming, in particular Aurelia gave me several tips on places to visit, offering me a really interesting cost estimate.
Clean car and professional service, if I need it I will contact them again.

They have one office in the middle of nowhere ( industrial zone ).
And another into the airport ( which is closed during the weekend :o )
I pickup the car from the first office in one day and they asked me to return the car in the second office (airport) - which of course was closed.
At the telephone they told me 5 minutes till somebody will come, of course it was 25 minutes.
Also they have some issue with their software ( around 40 minutes to take a car) even if you have an online reservation.
Ps: better choose an international company for car renting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked online a car from Bari airport because it was best deal available and expecting nothing different then the usual basic service from a car rent. I received an outstanding service from check in to drop off (and during the 3 extensions I had to request). Shout out to Enzo from BRI airport desk who even helped me to load and unload the luggage from the car and was extremely efficient during the phone assistance (also his female colleague whose name I don’t know) for going beyond his duty
