Quando, il giorno del presunto ritiro, ho telefonato per chiedere conferma che fossero pronti, mi è stato detto dal dipendente (mi sembra si chiami Paolo) che in due giorni non sarebbero assolutamente potuti essere pronti, causa vacanze estive della ditta che avrebbe dovuto sistemarli. Morale, sono stati riparati in tre settimane e ovviamente non ho potuto ritirarli perche’ a quel punto non mi trovavo più a Milano. Questa recensione serve solo per ringraziare Paolo per l’estrema cortesia. Io però non ci tornerò più At the end of July the shop owner gave me two days to change my rayban lenses. Di recente sono tornata presso lo store per valutare insieme ai gestori, in particolare Massimiliano e Simone, come poter risolvere alcuni difetti presentati dalla montatura scelta precedentemente. Sono rimasta estremamente sorpresa dalla disponibilità e dall'attenzione prestata per soddisfare le mie esigenze, nonostante fosse passato del tempo. NOTA BENE In risposta alla segnalazione fatta ribadisco che non c'è stato un errore di comunicazione ma semplicemente la sua collaboratrice non ha controllato tutti i campi visivi e ho dovuto fare per colpa di suddetta 2 paia di occhiali si chiarisca meglio il significato e il concetto di "errore"di comunicazione.Non penso a questo punto tornerò bisogna avere l'onestà intellettuale di ammettere l'errore.Stop. Ho ringraziato e sono uscita, peccato avevano bellissimi occhiali da sole! Not recommended! I felt too much, out of 2 orders not even one willing to work, the first didn't even get up from her chair! I thanked them and went out, too bad they had beautiful sunglasses!
