★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo andati a mangiare io e altre 3 persone di giovedì sera volendo provare per la prima volta cosa fosse un poke, e assaggiare questo piatto di orgini hawaiane.
La mia recensione negativa dipende principalmente da due fattori:
1. Manca del tutto l'attenzione verso il cliente soprattutto per uno nuovo, come me, il quale non conosce e non sa come muoversi. Appena entrato mi è stato indicato il tavolo che avevo prenotato, ci siamo seduti e lì siamo rimasti 10 minuti in attesa attendendo un cameriere per scoprire poi che il menù dovevamo prenderlo da soli e che non ci sarebbe stato il servizio al tavolo.
Una volta deciso cosa prendere mi sono alzato per ordinare, lì mi sono trovato una coda infinita di persone appena arrivate. Come è possibile che io debba fare la stessa coda di chi non ha prenotato? Ancora peggio è stato quando facendo la fila ho scoperto di dover fare prima lo scontrino...prima lo scontrino? Sono al tavolo e tu mi fai fare uno scontrino prima di mangiare?
2. I costi sono decisamente troppo alti per la lavorazione che viene fatta al prodotto.
Nonostante la disponibilità dei ragazzi quando ho chiesto e domandato ciò che dovevo fare questo non andrà mai a compensare la mancanza assoluta di organizzazione e di attenzione verso il cliente.
Sottolineo che da quando siamo arrivati a quando siamo riusciti a mangiare è passata 1h e 15 minuti.
Sconsigliato, almeno per ora.
We went to eat myself and 3 other people on a Thursday night wanting to try what a poke was for the first time, and taste this Hawaiian orgini dish.
My negative review mainly depends on two factors:
1. The attention towards the customer is completely lacking, especially for a new one, like me, who does not know and does not know how to move. As soon as I entered I was shown the table I had reserved, we sat down and there we waited 10 minutes waiting for a waiter to find out that the menu had to be taken by ourselves and that there would be no table service.
Once I decided what to take I got up to order, there I found an endless queue of people who just arrived. How is it possible that I have to queue up as someone who hasn't booked? Even worse was when I was queuing up and found I had to do the receipt first ... the receipt first? I'm at the table and you make me make a receipt before I eat?
2. The costs are far too high for the processing that is done to the product.
Despite the availability of the guys when I asked and asked what I had to do, this will never compensate for the absolute lack of organization and attention to the customer.
I emphasize that from when we arrived to when we were able to eat, it was 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Not recommended, at least for now.
