★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Storica pizzeria di lido di Fermo, penso con oltre trent'anni di storia. La frequento da quando ero ragazzo e ,come allora, la pizza è sempre buonissima. L'ambiente stile baita di montagna rende l'atmosfera unica e calda, anche grazie al forno a legna.
Birre ottime.

 Historic pizzeria in Lido di Fermo, I think with over thirty years of history. I've been going to it since I was a boy and, as then, the pizza is always delicious. The mountain hut-style environment makes the atmosphere unique and warm, also thanks to the wood-burning oven.
Great beers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato sera. Abbiamo mangiato in 6 nella veranda coperta tipica in legno, lato mare. Locale pieno, climatizzatore spento ? Abbiamo preso 6 pizze +1 patatina + birre. Dopo un'attesa di oltre un'ora ci sono state portate delle patatine fritte, ancora semicrude. Dopo un'ulteriore attesa di almeno mezz'ora sono arrivate le pizze. Pur presentandosi accattivanti al primo impatto visivo, la massa dell'impasto risultava a tutti di consistenza spugnosa, molliccia (surgelata?), insipida, cotta (e poco) in forno elettrico. Una delle pizze consisteva in una focaccia, quindi bianca e senza mozzarella, solo verdure gratinate messe sopra. Anche questa risultava estremamente spugnosa e molliccia! ? Il personale cortese ma... un po' di confusione. Le birre discrete. Prezzo nella norma. Coperto e servizio 1,5€ a testa. Parcheggio non vicino a causa dell'isola pedonale. Accessibile ai disabili. Nel complesso pulito. Se dovessimo tornarci non prenderemo di sicuro le pizze, magari proveremo qualcos'altro, visto che fanno anche primi e secondi di carne o pesce. Chissà magari ci ha andrà meglio...?
PS Nello scontrino non compaiono le birre perché sono state pagate in un conto a parte.
Saturday evening. Six of us ate in the typical covered wooden veranda, facing the sea. Full room, air conditioning off ? We took 6 pizzas +1 potato chip + beers. After a wait of over an hour we were brought some fries, still semi-raw. After a further wait of at least half an hour the pizzas arrived. While appearing captivating at the first visual impact, the mass of the dough was to all of a spongy consistency, soggy (frozen?), Tasteless, cooked (and not very much) in an electric oven. One of the pizzas consisted of a focaccia, therefore white and without mozzarella, only vegetables au gratin placed on top. This too was extremely spongy and mushy! ? Staff courteous but ... a little confusing. The fair beers. Price in the norm. Cover charge and service € 1.5 per person. Parking not close due to the pedestrian area. Accessible to the disabled. Overall clean. If we go back we will not take the pizzas for sure, maybe we will try something else, since they also make first and second courses of meat or fish. Who knows maybe it will go better ... ?
PS The beers do not appear on the receipt because they have been paid for in a separate account.
