★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo anche io come molti altri clienti mi trovo a dover fare una recensione negativa. All'acquisto il telefono è perfetto. Dopo 4 mesi dall'acquisto, lo schermo è diventato blu improvvisamente. Non mi era caduto aveva vetro e cover, non aveva graffi.
Glielo spedisco ( spesa a carico del compratore) e mi rispondono con un messaggio sbrigativo che il telefono è danneggiato e ne invalida la garanzia. saluti e baci.
Bisogna essere onesti sia da compratori che da venditori. Se mi fosse caduto il telefono, non lo avrei rispedito, se avessi visto dei segni, non lo avrei reso. Ha ragione chi dice che è meglio comprare da un privato.
Sarei proprio curiosa di conoscere qualcuno a cui hanno dato assistenza e lavorato in garanzia.
Non lo consiglio assolutamente.

Unfortunately, I too, like many other customers, find myself having to make a negative review. Upon purchase, the phone is perfect. After 4 months of purchase, the screen suddenly turned blue. I hadn't dropped it, it had glass and cover, it had no scratches.
I send it to them (expense paid by the buyer) and they reply with a hasty message that the phone is damaged and invalidates the warranty. greetings and kisses.
Be honest as both buyers and sellers. If I had dropped my phone, I would not have returned it, if I had seen any marks, I would not have returned it. Those who say that it is better to buy from a private individual are right.
I would be really curious to know someone who has been assisted and worked under warranty.
I absolutely do not recommend it.
