Le ho spedite a Labotech in breve le hanno riparate e ora funzionano alla grande. VOTO 10+ My keys had fallen into a puddle and they had asked me for a shameful amount to replace them. Esperienza negativa, 50 euro per una nuova scocca di un telecomando auto durata 4 mesi, mi si apre in tre pezzi mentre cerco di accendere l'auto! P.S. Accettate anche le recensioni negative invece di minacciare con presunta denuncia, del tutto sterile tra l'altro, i clienti a cui non avete dato un servizio decente!!! AVVISO IMPORTANTE PER GLI UTENTI CHE LEGGONO LE RECENSIONI RIFERITE A QUESTA ATTIVITA' COMMERCIALE!!! Il proprierario del negozio, accortosi della mia recensione negativa ma VERA, si è permesso di chiamarmi nel mio cellulare con numero privato minacciandomi pesantemente. Ovviamente mi sono cautelato col mio avvocato pronto a querelare l'individuo in questione qualora dovesse ancora molestarmi!!! Grazie ad un conoscente che mi ha indicato questo centro ho potuto sostituire il guscio con uno nuovo di ottima qualità e riparare la parte elettronica , il tutto è stato eseguito in giornata. Servizio molto competente e professionale . Negozio da consigliare anche per le emergenze. IL ricambio non era disponibile ma è stato possibile ordinarlo in pochi giorni e successivamente mi è stato restituito perfettamente funzionante. Mi è stato consegnato assieme a un nuovo telecomando. Sono stati capaci e rapidi con prezzi onesti. I took a samsung tv out of warranty to be repaired for a video problem that could not be solved through the official samsung service centers. The spare part was not available but it was possible to order it in a few days and was subsequently returned to me in perfect working order. It was delivered to me with a new remote control.
