★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freno da sostituire in emergenza a causa di un'inaccurata manutenzione da parte del mio meccanico di fiducia, mi presento giorno 2 gennaio con pastiglie dei freni che fortunatamente avevo al seguito chiedendone la sostituzione, ho con me mia moglie incinta e data la situazione, la mancata sostituzione è per me un grosso problema. Capisco la situazione di emergenza a causa del ridotto numero del personale, ma non il modo in cui sono stato liquidato.
Brake to be replaced in an emergency due to an inaccurate maintenance by my trusted mechanic, I present myself on January 2 with brake pads which fortunately I had following asking for their replacement, I have my pregnant wife with me and given the situation, the failure to replace is a big problem for me. I understand the emergency situation because of the reduced number of staff, but not the way I was liquidated.

Sono approdata all'autofficina Lolli con l'auto in panne e, tempo poche ore, sono ripartita con la macchina aggiustata e i giusti consigli per non ritrovarmi nuovamente a piedi. Cosa chiedere di più? Sono diventati la mia officina di riferimento e di fiducia! Li consiglio vivamente!!!!!!!
Competent mechanic, very experienced, fast, helpful and super honest. I arrived at the Lolli garage with the car in need of repair and, within a few hours, I left with the car set and the right advice so as not to find myself again on foot. What more could you ask for? They have become my reference and trusted workshop! I highly recommend them !!!!!!!
