Lo riporto indietro a mie spese avendo concordato un intervento riparatore e rispediscono qualcosa di adattato con delle finiture di pessima qualità e con degli accorgimenti a dir poco osceni per riparare gli sbagli commessi in precedenza...non ho parole ...non mi hanno neanche dato l'opportunità di un rimborso. Esperienza completamente negativa. Un'azienda seria da il massimo appoggio al cliente e non posso dire di aver ricevuto un trattamento onesto. Non li raccomando a nessuno. Pessimi ...
After booking a custom-made piece of furniture directly from their site and having made an endless email exchange to better define every aspect, I received the piece of furniture with the wrong measurements. I bring it back at my expense having agreed on a repairing intervention and they send back something adapted with poor quality finishes and with obscene tricks to repair the mistakes made previously ... I have no words ... they didn't even have me given the opportunity for a refund. Completely bad experience.
