Meritocrazia inesistente
Lavori benissimo fai i numeri non manchi mai e .... rinnovano i loro parenti e i raccomandati
Che non solo non fanno i numeri ma oltre a essere perennemente in finta malattia lavorano se così si può dire in modo svogliato senza controllo qualità con standard livello zero
Fanno licenziare chi non se li liscia
Fatica sprecata e conclusione con bugie e inganni come sorpresa finale

Meritocracy non-existent
You work very well, you do the numbers you never miss and .... they renew their relatives and recommended ones
Who not only do not make numbers but in addition to being perpetually in false illness they work if you can say so listlessly without quality control with zero level standards
They get fired those who don't get it right
Wasted effort and conclusion with lies and deceptions as a final surprise
