Mi hanno mandato il loro tecnico( se cosi si puo chiamare) mi ha smontato il pezzo e lo ha portato con se per trovare il ricabio dicendo che mi avrebbe chiamato in giornata per darmi notizie. È letteralmente sparito, per avere aggiornamenti ho dovuto chiamarlo sempre io...
In tutto questo è passato più di un mese e non ho ne il pezzo che mi ha smontato ne la riparazione

I called this company for a pvc door window repair.
They sent their technical (so if you can call it that) I taped the piece and brought it with him to find the ricabio saying he'd call me in the day to give me information. It literally disappeared, for updates I always had to call him ...
In all this it has been over a month and I do not have the piece that I disassembled it repair
