hanno detto che il cambio era da sostituire con una cifra da capo giro mi sono rivolto a auto planet di Bologna e mi hanno risolto il problema con un quinto di spesa oltre alla cordialità la correttezza e la serietà che ho trovato da queste persone. Lo consiglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto per la prima volta questa officina,consigliata da amici del settore per fare il cambio olio del cambio nella mia Audi A6.
Mi sono trovato bene,sia per il prezzo che per il servizio da loro svolto.
A distanza di tempo,ho avuto un problema al cambio e dopo aver portato la macchina in un officina autorizzata dove ho amici all'interno,mi è stato consigliato di portarla da Autoplant, perché chi meglio di loro può risolvere certi problemi al cambio essendo loro specializzati in trasmissioni.
Appena ho parlato del mio problema con un responsabile/tecnico di Autoplanet,si è subito offerto per trasportare la mia Audi,dall'officina dove si trovava,alla loro sede,con un carro attrezzi di loro proprietà.
Ho lasciato la mia macchina alcuni giorni in visione ad Autoplanet,per farsi' che potessero trovare e risolvere il mio problema.
A distanza di qualche giorno,ho avuto la bella notizia che dai loro controlli,non risulta nessuna anomalia.
Speriamo che non salti più fuori nulla.....
La sorpresa è invece stata quella che dopo tutto quello che loro hanno fatto,al momento del ritiro della mia Audi,non mi hanno chiesto un centesimo.....
Che dire....!!!!
Sono rimasto veramente sorpreso.
Pertanto posso dire che hanno dimostrato grande professionalità commerciale e grande umanità,nel non chiedere nulla dal primo momento che non hanno fatto nessun intervento.
Consiglio a tutti di considerare questa azienda specializzata in trasmissioni,anche solo per un cambio olio al cambio automatico o per altri eventuali problemi .
Ringrazio vivamente tutto lo staff di Autoplanet.

I met this workshop for the first time, recommended by friends in the sector to change the gearbox oil in my Audi A6.
I was fine, both for the price and for the service they provided.
After some time, I had a gearbox problem and after taking the car to an authorized workshop where I have friends inside, I was advised to take it to Autoplant, because who better than them can solve certain gearbox problems being them specialized in broadcasting.
As soon as I talked about my problem with an Autoplanet manager / technician, he immediately offered to transport my Audi, from the workshop where it was located, to their headquarters, with a tow truck owned by them.
I left my car for a few days on display at Autoplanet, so that they could find and solve my problem.
After a few days, I had the good news that from their checks, there is no anomaly.
Let's hope nothing comes up .....
The surprise was that after everything they did, when I picked up my Audi, they didn't ask me for a cent .....
What to say....!!!!
I was really surprised.
Therefore I can say that they have shown great commercial professionalism and great humanity, in not asking for anything from the first moment that they have not made any intervention.
I advise everyone to consider this company specialized in transmissions, even if only for an oil change to the automatic transmission or for any other problems.
I warmly thank all the Autoplanet staff.

Ilenia dell'amministrazione, molto paziente e gentile..Mino disponibile e attento alle esigenze di un rompi come me.... Consigliato alla grande. Avevo un problema alla trasmissione, prezzo fissato con contratto via email, senza sorprese. Ottimo personale.
I give 5 stars because 6 is not possible competent, kind and very professional .. Ilenia of the administration, very patient and kind..Mino available and attentive to the needs of a breaker like me .... Recommended great. I had a problem with the transmission, price fixed by contract via email, no surprises. Great staff.

Esperienza pessima e da non ripetere più.
Se dovete revisionare cambi, non affidatevi a loro,fanno solo cambi e a me hanno sbagliato cambio!!! , e per di più cortesia e assistenza davvera pessima.
Dopo aver insistito e dopo un lasso di tempo mi ricambiano il cambio, e... continua a fare rumore....
Li ho richiamati e ti trattano a pesce in faccia...
In zona solo un centro revisiona cambi e non sono loro,
loro improvvisano con la loro incompetenza.
L esperienza è il tipo di insegnamento più difficile, prima la fai e poi la capisci!

I called them back and they treat you like a fish in the face ...
In the area only one center overhauls changes and it's not them,
they improvise with their incompetence.
Experience is the most difficult type of teaching, first you do it and then you understand it!
