È la società che prediligo per quanto riguarda serietà, professionalità, puntualità, affidabilità e prezzi. Ho effettuato decine di spedizioni presso di loro e non ho mai avuto alcun tipo di problema. Inoltre il personale che lavora al call-center è molto disponibile e preparato e per qualsiasi dubbio sono pronti a rassicurare e fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie. Lo consiglio, uno dei migliori, cinque stelle.
LOGEX is undoubtedly the most serious and reliable company, in my opinion, when it comes to shipping parcels by courier. It is the company I prefer in terms of seriousness, professionalism, punctuality, reliability and prices. I have shipped dozens of shipments to them and have never had any problems whatsoever. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto chiarimenti su 4 consegne a mio nome che il sito dice consegnate il 13 marzo 2022, ma non è vero.
Ad oggi 1 Maggio mi hanno consegnato 1 solo collo di 4 e ancora non mi sanno dire nulla. Sono molto insoddisfatto anche perché il venditore Aliexpress non mi rimborsa visto che la merce a loro risulta consegnata.
Sono furioso!!!!!

Li ho contattati per sapere se potevamo concordare un orario per il secondo passaggio e così è stato, evitando che il pacco andasse in giacenza o che venisse rispedito indietro. Davvero bravi e gentili, dal call center allo smistamento. Anche gli addetti alla consegna sono magnifici! Fossero tutti così! Grazie!
Splendid! I had to receive a parcel that failed in the first step. I contacted them to find out if we could agree on a time for the second passage and so it was, preventing the package from going into storage or being sent back. Really good and kind, from the call center to sorting. The delivery people are great too! Were they all like that! Thank you!
