Questo comportamento merita di essere elogiato, quindi modifico la recensione in positivo. Grazie!! F.M. Pessima gestione degli appuntamenti!!!! Avevo un appuntamento con l’ortopedico alle 17; alle 17,20 c’erano tre pazienti avanti, ho chiesto di tornare alle 18,20 prevedendo 20 min a visita. Quando sono tornato alle 18,15 c’era una visita dentro e quando è uscita hanno fatto entrare un’altro paziente dicendomi che saremmo stati i prossimi ovvero alle 19! Vergognoso! Me ne sono andato via senza fare la visita. LE SEGRETARIE VERAMENTE PESSIME E SENZA ALCUN RISPETTO DEI PAZIENTI. DA LICENZIARE IN TRONCO! I had an appointment with the orthopedist at 5 pm; at 5.20 pm there were three patients ahead, I asked to return at 6.20 pm with a 20-min visit. When I returned at 18:15 there was a visit inside and out when they let another patient told me that we would be the next, or at 19! Shameful! I left without visiting. THE SECRETARIES REALLY PESSIME AND WITH NO RESPECT FOR THE PATIENTS. TO LICENSE ON THE TRUNK! LO strongly discouraged

Ci è stato chiesto il peso e altezza del ragazzo....alla nostra risposta che non lo sapevamo la dottoressa molto stupita ha portato fuori dalla stanza a pesare ragazzo e poi con il suo aiuto (doveva tenere lui il metro sopra la sua testa)è stato misurato. Visita oculistica fatta solo con due domande ..Se porta gli occhiali e se è daltonico dopodiché stop. Nessun controllo di vista. Sono circa 9 anni che facciamo questi certificati e devo dire che questa è stata una delle peggiori visite. Suitability visit to competitive sports not really at the top. Eye examination done only with two questions .. If you wear glasses and are color-blind then stop. No inspection of view. We have been doing these certificates for about 9 years and I have to say that this was one of the worst visits.

Chi si rivolge a un centro di fisioterapia ha certamente un problema che l affligge. Riuscire a risolverlo e' senz altro un bel risultato. In questo centro hanno compreso come non si puo' guuarire o far migliorare un paziente se ad esso non ci si connette prima a livello umano .: Se da una parte le tecniche fisioterapiche fanno certamente parte del background professionale del teraupeta , qui' io ho respirato un aria di cooperazione ,quasi di condivisione del problema che mi ha portato a sperare in una guarigione veloce. Inutile dire che il Centro e' pulitissimo (cosa quantomeno importante in tempo di covid). Grazie Professionalism, kindness, courtesy but above all great humanity. Thanks Ilaria. Those who go to a physiotherapy center certainly have a problem that afflicts them. Being able to solve it is certainly a good result. In this center they understood how you cannot heal or improve a patient if you do not connect to it first on a human level. an air of cooperation, almost of sharing the problem that led me to hope for a quick recovery. It goes without saying that the Center is very clean (which is at least important in times of covid). Thank you

UNA TELEFONATA per avvisare ERA DOVUTA, oltre al disagio della visita saltata mi hanno anche fatto arrivare sino a li’ per dirmi : il medico non c’è. Missed appointment with Otorino and so far everything in ordinary administration: the unexpected can happen to anyone. Ci sta' il ritardo di circa un'ora sull'orario programmato, anche se sconsigliabile in tempi di covid, ma attendere senza avere la minima notizia e una volta entrati non ricevere il minimo accenno di scuse ma scontrarsi anche con toni scortesi, mi sembra veramente troppo. A quel punto me ne sono andato perchè non si sarebbe stabilito un clima sereno. Bad appointment management. I had to do a cardiological examination with echo. D	Dora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che vado a loft da diversi anni e non ho mai avuto problemi di sorta ( a parte qlc ritardo di cui la segretaria non mi ha avvisato) ma questa ultima esperienza è stata negativa, ho chiamato per sapere il costo della crioterapia e la segretaria, la quale sotto mia richiesta ha espressamente chiamato la dottoressa per avere il prezzo della prestazione, mi richiama dicendomi espressamente che il trattamento di crioterapia su due punti veniva 100€ Quindi comprensivo nella visita dermatologica, sicche ho fissato appuntamento. Fatta la visita vado a pagare e con mia sorpresa mi hanno fatto pagare 162€ Perche c era anche la visita dermatologica mai richiesta e che in conclusione è stata una visione di 5 secondi contati del mio corpo con una lente di ingrandimento, quindi ho pagato presentando cm le mie rimostranze ma dalla dottoressa Gamba ovviamente non tornerò più e da loro provvederò per il futuro a farmi dare indicazioni via mail così rimarrà tutto scritto I state that I have been going to a loft for several years and I have never had any problems whatsoever (apart from some delay of which the secretary did not warn me) but this last experience was negative, I called to find out the cost of cryotherapy and the secretary, who, at my request, expressly called the doctor to get the price of the service, reminds me expressly telling me that the cryotherapy treatment on two points was € 100 So inclusive in the dermatological visit, so I made an appointment.
