★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un compagno di scuola di mio figlio ha organizzato la festa di compleanno sul ghiaccio. Bel posto, tutti i bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo. Peccato che eravamo di fretta per un'altro impegno altrimenti anche io avrei noleggiato i pattini anche se non so andare sul ghiaccio. La pista e molto ampia e ci sono disseminati molti pinguini che aiutano a tenersi in piedi. Spero di poterci ripassare prima che chiuda a febbraio
 My son's school friend threw the birthday party on ice. Nice place, all the kids had a blast. Too bad we were in a hurry for another commitment otherwise I would have rented the skates too even if I don't know how to go on the ice. The track is very wide and there are many penguins scattered to help keep you on your feet. Hope to get back to it before it closes in February

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per i più piccoli ci sta praticamente tutto!!! per noi grandi ci sta anche il bar con un ampio spazio per riposarsi e bere qualcosa.
ottimo per feste di compleanno, parco giochi pulito, ok lo staff e tanto altro.
lo consiglio a chi abita o viene in zona.
for the little ones there is practically everything !!! for us adults there is also the bar with a large space to rest and have a drink.
great for birthday parties, clean playground, staff ok and much more.
I recommend it to those who live or come to the area.

Sono arrivata qui alle 14:30,avendo letto sul sito che aprisse alle 10:00 e che chiudesse alle 20:00, trovando tutto chiuso ho chiamato e mi hanno risposto in una maniera incivile, arrabbiandosi e dicendomi che avrebbero aperto alle 15:00. Così sono tornata all'orario stabilito, e ho trovato tutto uguale a prima. Così ho chiesto informazioni con chi di lavora lì e mi hanno detto che avrebbero aperto alle 16, tuttavia alle 16 era ancora tutto chiuso e hanno detto di tornare alle 16:30 e che avrebbero aperto, ma lo hanno realmente fatto un quarto d'ora dopo. Inoltre, il costo per una persona per una durata di 1 ora era 7 €, dato il ritardo ho chiesto di pagare solo mezz'ora ed invece di 3.50€ mi hanno fatto pagare 5€.
Sono scioccata da questa esperienza, spero che non si ripeta mai più.

I arrived here at 14:30, having read on the website that it opened at 10:00 and closed at 20:00, finding everything closed I called and they answered me in an uncivilized way, getting angry and telling me that they would open at 15:00 . So I went back to the appointed time, and I found everything the same as before. So I asked for information with those who work there and they told me they would open at 16, however at 16 it was still closed and they said to come back at 16:30 and they would open, but they really did 15 minutes after. Furthermore, the cost for one person for a duration of 1 hour was € 7, given the delay I asked to pay only half an hour and instead of € 3.50 they charged me € 5.
I am shocked by this experience, I hope it never happens again.
