Une semaine avant le séjour j'ai reçu un email me disant que la réservation était annulée car ils préféraient louer le loft à une autre personne. Ne réservez pas chez eux si vous voulez être certain de pouvoir dormir à Gênes.
 I have definitively booked and non-cancellable one of the loft 1 month and a half before the scheduled date of stay. A week before the stay I received an email telling me that the reservation was canceled because they preferred to rent the loft to another person. Do not book at home if you want to be sure you can sleep in Genoa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento molto confortevole, ottima posizione in pieno centro in una zona carina e tranquilla, ma da cui si raggiunge a piedi praticamente tutto. Ho contattato la proprietaria da qui e mi ha fatto un prezzo decisamente di favore rispetto alle piattaforme di prenotazione.
Very comfortable apartment, excellent location in the center in a nice and quiet area, but from which you can reach almost everything on foot. I contacted the owner from here and she gave me a very favorable price compared to the booking platforms.
