Il palazzo è stato sede dei vigili del fuoco di Padova dal 1906 al 1989; attualmente ospita alcuni uffici comunali. Il fronte della costruzione è caratterizzato da un elegante loggiato; nella sala adiacente alla grande balconata vengono talora celebrati i matrimoni civili.
 The Loggia Amulea is a neo-Gothic style building located in Prato della Valle, the majestic square of Padua. The building was the seat of the Padua fire brigade from 1906 to 1989; currently houses some municipal offices. The front of the building is characterized by an elegant porch; civil weddings are sometimes celebrated in the room adjacent to the large balcony.

Beautiful neo-Gothic building located in Prato della Valle, currently used for municipal use, but in the past it was the headquarters of the fire brigade. Between the arches you can see the statues of Dante and Giotto and the beauty of the architecture immediately catches the eye ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa affascinante costruzione si affaccia sulla piazza più estesa di Padova: prato della valle. Il porticato dona un'aspetto di eleganza e stile, il contrasto evidente con la facciata enfatizza maggiormente il colpo d'occhio. È vero che il centro storico è un susseguirsi di portici ma in questo caso il contesto è decisamente diverso, gli spazi sono molto più ampi e dispersivi e di conseguenza il panorama che ne deriva abbraccia una porzione maggiore della città.
This fascinating building overlooks the largest square in Padua: the meadow of the valley. The portico gives an aspect of elegance and style, the evident contrast with the facade emphasizes more the glance. It is true that the historic center is a succession of arcades but in this case the context is decidedly different, the spaces are much wider and more dispersive and consequently the resulting panorama embraces a greater portion of the city.
