Caso ha voluto che questo fosse chiuso per riposo settimanale. Una rapida consultazione su mappe ed abbiamo trovato e scelto questo locale. Fuori l'insegna dice tutto: "PANEGACCERIA". Siamo entrati. La locanda è gestita da due fratelli e la mamma auitati da una giovane (e carina) cameriera. Uno dei due fratelli è addetto ai panegacci, la mamma, ovviamente, in cucina l'altro in sala. Fabio, così si chiama. Simpatia ed accoglienza. Abbiamo mangiato poco, panegacci e un piatto di spaghetti "MAGNO", semplici ma molti ben realizzati. La cosa bella è che i panegacci sono a volontà, e la porzione di gorgonzola, stracchino e affettati è abbondante. Insomma siamo stati molto bene. Ci torneremo e lo consigliamo Actually my wife and I stopped in Aulla for lunch today during one of our business trips because we wanted to go to another place in the town. Chance wanted this to be closed for weekly rest. A quick consultation on maps and we found and chose this place. Outside the sign says it all: "PANEGACCERIA". We went in. The inn is run by two brothers and their mother assisted by a young (and pretty) waitress. One of the two brothers is in charge of the panegacci, the mother, of course, in the kitchen the other in the dining room. Fabio, that's his name. Sympathy and hospitality. We ate very little, panegacci and a plate of spaghetti "MAGNO", simple but many well made. The nice thing is that the panegacci are at will, and the portion of gorgonzola, stracchino and cold cuts is abundant. In short, we had a very good time. We will be back and recommend it

Panigacci are serviced with cured ham and salami plus soft stracchino cheese, or with Nutella for dessert. Cozy and service is friendly. Bring cash in case the card reader is out of action.
