Il servizio al tavolo è stato ineccepibile. Molto coinvolgente il saluto dello staff della cucina al tavolo, davvero molto apprezzato. Ma sopratutto il contesto della location merita un 10 e lode. Sicuramente da ripetere. An experience to be repeated. A high-level restaurant with a particular menu ... one that you would like to try everything! and an exceptional wine list. The table service was faultless. The greeting of the kitchen staff at the table was very engaging, very much appreciated. But above all the context of the location deserves a 10 and praise. Definitely to be repeated.

Già all'arrivo ci siamo innamorati della struttura posizionata di fronte alle vigne e con un parco molto bello. Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione, dove erano presenti 4 portate con vini abbinati a bicchiere. I piatti erano ben curati e il mangiare di qualità. Inoltre abbiamo assaggiato differenti tipologie di ottimo vino Ruffino, e il Prosecco Rosè è stato davvero un bellissima scoperta. L'unico appunto che posso fare, sono sulle quantità, forse 3 ravioli come la singola fetta di prosciutto steccato sono un pò ridotti come numero. Bella l'atmosfera e personale di sala preparato. Abbiamo speso con il menù degustazione compreso il caffè 50,00€ a testa. Dopo pranzo abbiamo siamo stati al sole nel parco di fronte alla struttura e abbiamo a ri-sorseggiato un buon Prosecco Rosè Ruffino. We stayed for my wife's birthday with two couples of friends in this beautiful restaurant with great attention to detail. Already on arrival we fell in love with the structure located in front of the vineyards and with a very nice park. We opted for the tasting menu, which featured 4 courses with wines paired by the glass. The dishes were well prepared and the food quality. We also tasted different types of excellent Ruffino wine, and the Prosecco Rosè was truly a wonderful discovery. The only thing I can do is about the quantities, maybe 3 ravioli as the single slice of steccato ham are a little reduced in number. Nice atmosphere and well-trained dining room staff. We spent € 50.00 each with the tasting menu including coffee. After lunch we were in the sun in the park in front of the structure and we re-sipped a good Prosecco Rosè Ruffino.

C'è anche un negozio di gastronomia dove trovare prodotti selezionati: olio, vino, formaggi ecc. Well-kept environment, attentive service, abundant dishes. Si mangia molto bene, i prezzi sono contenuti e la selezione di vini molto vasta! C'è la possibilità anche di dormire nel resort. È a 15 minuti da Firenze.. Una vera chicca! Tornerò per una degustazione dell'ampia selezione di vini. Personale gentilissimo ed organizzato Location of 10 and praise, and during the summer they organize very interesting cultural events (concerts, cinema under the stars, reading of prose and poetry). The food is very good, the prices are reasonable and the wine selection is very wide! There is also the possibility of sleeping in the resort. It is 15 minutes from Florence .. A real treat! Sarete acccolti e guidati nelle vostre scelte da un menù che potrete scegliere di scoprire o mediante portate alla carta o con una selezione a degustazione. Tutti i piatti vi accompagneranno in una riuscita rielaborazione del territorio. Ho trovato ottimo sia la pasta e fagioli d’autore (5 varietà diverse del terriorio, alcune anche sconosciute come il malato di Lucca) che il coniglio ripieno con frittatina. Il tutto accompagnato da una carta dei vini con una selezione di loro produzione dai vari possedimenti. I found both the author's pasta and beans excellent (5 different varieties of the territory, some also unknown such as the sick from Lucca) and the stuffed rabbit with omelette. All accompanied by a wine list with a selection of their production from various possessions.
