★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant was like an oasis to me and my friends. It was quite late in the evening when we arrived in Bagno A Ripoli. Literally everything was closed and there was no single person on the street that we could find. We thought that our air bnb was within walking distance from the main road but we miscalculated. So we walked back (dragging our luggage behind us) to the direction where we came from because I thought I saw a restaurant when we passed by.
Half an hour later we found this restaurant and we were so relieved. The restaurant was full-booked but they offered us a take away. They let us sit on the bar while waiting for our food and provided us with complimentary snacks. They even called a taxi for us afterwards. We couldn't be more thankful.
Anyway, our pasta was so great; no wonder they were full-booked. The price is okay considering the food was tasty and the portion was generous. We also love the fact that they are opened until late.

The primi’s and secundis were beautifully done, for my girlfriend and me one primo and one secundi to share was perfect, topping it off with a very nice tiramisu and off course San Vincenzo! Great relaxed atmosphere because of the very friendly people! 10/10 would come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were staying in a near-by B&B and we were recommended by the owner to try this restaurant. We had a wonderful meal in this hidden gem. The service was very good and the place was cosy and friendly. The antipasti was some of the best we've had in Italy. We were too daunted to go for a kilo of Bistecca Fiorentina, so opted for a smaller sirloin and a pork ribs dish, which was absolutely delicious. Had a phenomenal bottle of wine - Cerreto Piano 2018 - very much recommended.
