Abbiamo una carta di credito, non una carta ricaricabile, e ho controllato che i numeri erano in rilievo. Al punto vendita non è accettato perché la persona che ci lavora sa che è ricaricabile. Ne noi, ne chi ha emesso la carta lo sa, solo lei. Vuole solo l'American Express. Sarebbe bastato scriverlo in lettere cubitali sul sito. "Accettiamo solo American Express." Il bello è che abbiamo noleggiato altre volte con Morini Rent di Osmannoro, senza problemi. Booked online we received an email stating that it takes a credit card "with the numbers in relief". N	Nati Gabriele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE, ci hanno noleggiato un furgone completamente incidentato su tutti i lati ed alla consegna dopo solo qualche ora ci hanno addebitato un graffio invisibile nella fiancata in alto chiaramente già presente anche prima del noleggio e visibile dalle foto. Veramente PESSIME PERSONE, pessima esperienza, ho scritto in direzione ma nessuna risposta. DA EVITARE. Dopo aver aspettato 20 minuti (avevamo molta fretta), la ragazza della reception ci accoglie, gli forniamo i dati, poi risponde al telefono e nel mentre si rivolge a noi con un : "ragazzi potete tirare fuori la carta di credito". Non sappiamo se è una politica aziendale non dare del Lei ed usare questo gergo giovanile, ma a noi non ci è sembrato appropriato. Ma il bello deve ancora venire. Le diamo la carta di credito e sostiene che quella non lo fosse. Insistiamo e quasi scocciata chiude la conversazione. Ci hanno lasciato senza furgone e con due ditte di traslochi prenotate per scendere il frigo e la lavatrice, sia a Bologna che a Firenze. Nel panico completo usciamo e contattiamo la prima ditta che troviamo su google per prenotare. Ci hanno salvato, hanno accettato la carta di credito, in quanto tale senza alcun problema (vorrei fargli pubblicità ma metterò il feedback sulla loro pagina google). In definitiva, ci hanno rovinato la giornata e creato stress. Non hanno soluzioni alternative. Dilettanti allo sbaraglio e servizio clienti inadeguato. I state that we often hire means of transport. Ultimately, they ruined our day and created stress. They have no alternative solutions. Amateurs at risk and inadequate customer service.

Ho contattato l'area clienti ma con la stessa arroganza mi hanno liquidato. Consiglio a chi ha bisogno di un mezzo di rivolgersi ad altri noleggi Rude and fraudulent staff. L	Luca Iacopozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è gentile e le auto sono mantenute benissimo ma fate MASSIMA attenzione prima di noleggiare un'auto da loro. Noi ci siamo trovati costretti perché di attesa di ricevere l'auto nuova dal concessionario a fianco. Sembrava andato tutto bene tranne al rientro quando ci è stato contestato un graffio leggero sulla portiera, che chiunque, anche passando accanto alla macchina, accidentalmente potrebbe aver fatto. Dato che il graffio, ad un occhio non estremamente minuzioso, sarebbe sfuggito, stiamo cercando di appurare se le foto fatte al momento della consegna siano di qualità tale da provare con certezza che quel graffio alla consegna non c'era. In caso contrario il graffio ci costerà il doppio del prezzo di noleggio della macchina per tre giorni. Ho sempre preso auto a noleggio all'estero e in Italia in vacanza, questo non mi era mai successo. Everything seemed fine except on the way back when we were challenged with a light scratch on the door, which anyone, even passing by the car, could have accidentally done. Given that the scratch, to a not extremely meticulous eye, would have escaped, we are trying to ascertain whether the photos taken at the time of delivery are of such quality as to prove with certainty that that scratch at the delivery was not there. Otherwise the scratch will cost us double the rental price of the car for three days. I have always taken rental cars abroad and in Italy on vacation, this had never happened to me. Maximum caution when renting a car from them and possibly cover yourself with a helmet insurance

Unico punto negativo, avevamo prenotato 3 accessori gratuiti: -Carrellino porta pacchi, -Cinghie, e -Rampa trasporto moto. C'era il carrellino, solo 1 cinghia che non serviva a nulla e nessuna Rampa trasporto moto. Ho richiesto più cinghie e la rampa, ma non c'era nulla da fare, non c’erano più. Se non hanno in dotazione questi accessori, non devono offrirli quando fai la prenotazione online. Very nice and attentive staff. Van in excellent condition, inside and outside. The only negative point, we had booked 3 free accessories: -Package trolley, -Straps, and -Motor transport ramp. There was the trolley, only 1 belt that was useless and no motorcycle transport ramp. I requested more belts and the ramp, but there was nothing to do, they were gone. If they don't have these accessories, they don't have to offer them when you book online.

Ha un benzinaio no brand a 150mt. Disponibilità e professionalità dei 2 ragazzi al banco. Ringrazio Flavio per il supporto offerto in fase di check in. Mezzo affittato: Fiat scudo con diversi danni di carrozzeria ma in buone condizioni. Una pecca il livello carburante: mezzo consegnato con 1/4 di pieno da riconsegnare nelle medesime condizioni ma con la difficoltà a comprendere quanto necessario da rabboccare!
