★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Restaurant we've had so far in Italy. Very good value for money, great and quick service, friendly and english-spoken staff, maybe the best pasta I have ever had (tagliatelle Nuevo Ranch) and very light and fluffy yummy tiramisu. Thank you for a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Bistecca alla Fiorentina. The staff was a little rocky but the food and wine were so good that we found ourselves here for dinner twice while staying at a villa down the road. Great rustic and natural location. Excellent wine selection. Good pizza and pasta as you would also expect. Relaxing and family friendly atmosphere. Very Tuscan.

We were amazed at how quick and efficient they were serving the dishes. Some of the freshest and tastiest calamari I’ve eaten.
Recommended by a culinary local, and it didn’t disappoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At Nuovo Ranch you eat the best tuscany food and drink good wines for a fair price. The restaurant is full with locals. I have visited the ranch five times during my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Italian restaurant with very good local Tuscan food. Many Italians eat here as well ... and for a good reason. Excellent dishes for honoust prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is Lively with lots of people. The atmosphere is like an Italian Tuscan ranch, with tables mostly outside. But it is too full and the waiters clearly can't serve all of them, they even had a fight. Also the kitchen is understaffed and the dishes are returned, at least 2 as we were there. You can try it, reservation only.
