★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place, certainly one of the best meals I’ve ever had in Italy, and with the service and the eloquence of Alessandro you do feel at home. Such an amazing food and view, and prices super reasonable make this place a no brainer. If you go to Montalcino that’s the place where you wanna eat, and after lunch, make sure you visit the Tornesi Winery next door to check out one of the best family made Brunellos there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cooking class was one of the most enjoyable culinary experiences ever. Everything was hands on, with wine to complement the experience, followed by our group of 6 enjoying the feast we had just prepared. In addition, the location was great, run by a terrific family.

Alessandra and his family have created more than a cooking class - it is “an Italian experience.”
It all begins with our introduction to Alessandro who shared his family’s vision of owning their Italian cooking school which began from a small Italian villa - with a traditional stable on the first floor - and grew into a beautiful cooking school-dining event.
With Alessandro’s spirit, passion and fun nature, we created very yummy traditional Italian pastas, an amazing primary dish of pork wrapped in pancetta along with dessert - tiramisu.
The Demetra family are now growing their own small vineyard and “the icing” - we enjoyed their rosso wine with our dinner - perfecto!
