★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sul Mombracco un posto dove mangiare bere e bere meglio. Fabio vi accoglie con affabilità e cortesia e vi propone il menù del giorno fatto di piatti genuini della tradizione locale. La polenta è impareggiabile, e ,in autunno e primavera è facile vedere, mentre si arriva o si va via dalla locanda, i cervi che popolano i boschi della zona. Il panorama è veramente da lasciare senza fiato, e si può raggiungere la cima del monte con una passeggiata di circa un 'ora

Menù da cucina della tradizione locale e visto la presenza di un commensale vegano, lo staff si è adoperato senza problemi.

Cucina tipica piemontese molto buona. Porzioni abbondanti. Durante l estate gode di una terrazza con vista a valle veramente bella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non consigliato , cucina scadente e servizio pessimo, sono disorganizzati , nonostante il menù fisso abbiamo aspettato un'eternità per essere serviti e i piatti proposti sono di scarsa qualità.
L'unica cosa spettacolare é il panorama, hanno un tesoro e non sanno sfruttarlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cordiale, atmosfera affabile di un crocevia di viaggiatori che si conoscono da sempre pur incontrandosi per la prima volta. Cucina semplice e genuina, ottima da gustare nella terrazza con vista sulla piana del Saluzzese dove si specchiano nuvole di passaggio.
Scoperto ieri in occasione del matrimonio di amici (un pranzo nuziale privo di coma digestivo in coda non è da tutti!), torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi.
Assolutamente da provare!
Friendly staff, affable atmosphere of a crossroads of travelers who have always known each other even if they meet for the first time. Simple and genuine cuisine, excellent to be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the Saluzzo plain where passing clouds are reflected.
Discovered yesterday on the occasion of the wedding of friends (a wedding lunch without a digestive coma in the queue is not for everyone!), We will definitely come back to visit you.
