Piatti buoni, anche se manca quel qualcosa per dare un volo a tutti i piatti. I ravioli di borragine conditi con burro e parmigiano un po' troppo invadenti a coprire quasi il sapore delicato della borragine che amo. Il risotto invece eccellente.. anche il.maiale ottimo.. il tortino al cioccolato con cuore morbido invece mi ha deluso.... Il cuore non proprio morbido be la qualità del cioccolato non eccelsa. Da migliorare la presentazione dei piatti un po' anni ottanta Ciò che mi colpisce è che ha delle potenzialità che devono crescere. Darei un 3,5. Ma non potendo mettere i mezzi punteggi un 3 lo denigrerebbe Pleasant and beautiful environment. Location even if fake flowers are never acceptable. The owner is nice and welcoming. Good dishes, even if that something is missing to give a flight to all dishes. The borage ravioli seasoned with butter and parmesan a little too intrusive to almost cover the delicate flavor of the borage that I love. The risotto, on the other hand, is excellent .. also the pork is excellent .. the chocolate cake with a soft heart, on the other hand, disappointed me .... The heart is not exactly soft and the quality of the chocolate is not excellent. To improve the presentation of the dishes a bit '80s What strikes me is that it has potential that must grow. I would give it a 3.5. But not being able to put the half scores a 3 would denigrate it
