Pleasant dinner for a tasting of the typical dishes of Milanese cuisine. The location incorporates the concept of an Inn both with the furnishings and with the table service. Courteous and kind staff, ready to receive our requests to share the main courses (and also the winning ones): yellow risotto with ossobuco and cutlet. Exceptional risotto, accompanied and celebrated by the softness and taste of the ossobuco and marrow inside; the cutlet was not as great as expected, but good. As an appetizer we chose Milanese mondeghili, typical meatballs, which, however, I would have preferred to accompany with a sauce rather than an 80s salad. In conclusion, 4 stars for account, courtesy and traditional dishes (risotto wins over cutlet)

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, in conclusione 5 stelle meritate. Spero di tornare presto, continuate così , bravi
On the evening of Sunday 23rd I went for the first time to eat in this inn after a careful search for a Milanese menu, mainly meat and vegetarian dishes. The welcoming environment, the attentive and professional staff. The typical well-kept, seasonal menu guarantees simply tasty dishes, the wine list offers a wide and refined choice. Mondeghili, cutlet and ossobuco, excellent, very delicate ricotta pie. The confirmations come after a chat with the owner, at the base of the success there is the passion and it is felt !! A keen eye for detail can make the difference ..... the marrow fork is a gem. Good value for money, in conclusion 5 stars you deserve. I hope to be back soon, keep it up, good

A business trip to Milan made me discover this typical Milanese restaurant worthy of consideration. On this occasion, for dinner I ate a selection of local cheeses and meats as an appetizer; then the famous ossobuco with saffron risotto and stuffed artichokes for side dish. All washed down with a delicious Barbera. Very high quality and average price. Elegant setting, reservations are recommended.

Small and cosy restaurant in a calm neighborhood of Milan. The Tagliolini with asparagus and black truffle are excellent. Typical dishes from Milan worth trying are the beef Ossobuco or the beef Cotoletta alla milanese. We haven't tried the Cotoletta but the dishes served to the table next to us looked very tempting.

We found this restaurant because it was our first time in Milan and wanted some traditional dishes, but somewhere close to where we were staying. We made reservations for 7:30pm, when they opened. As North American tourists, we were the first to arrive. The smell coming from the kitchen was already amazing and in no time the place was packed with locals. The service was top notch and we were (apologetically) told that they only had menus in Italian, but if we needed help, she would do the best she could with what English she knew. We assured the server that we’d make due and went for it. We ordered the ossobuco Milanese and the cotoletta, plus a recommended bottle of wine, based on our meal choices. The meals were huge and well priced. The music was fun and not too loud that we couldn’t talk. I can’t recommend this place enough. Well out of the tourist areas. This is food Milanese people eat.

The food is delicious! So far this is the only restaurant I found where they serve typical Milanese dishes but also have a great selection of vegetarian dishes. The service is great, and the staff is really friendly. Grazie mille!
