Una nota in più per i secondi, una guancia di maiale brasata tenera come il burro ed un pollo ripieno buonissimo. Se le bevande fossero state incluse nel prezzo del menù sarebbe stato tutto perfetto. We had lunch with the fixed menu they had for Easter and I must say that everything was delicious from appetizer to dessert. An extra note for the main courses, a braised pork cheek as tender as butter and a delicious stuffed chicken. If drinks had been included in the menu price, everything would have been perfect.
A	Andrea Corapi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scelto a caso (verificando ovviamente le recensioni) mi ha subito ben impressionato per la immediata disponibilità (eravamo in sette).Bene il menù digitalizzato, che oltretutto offre una accurata descrizione dei piatti,vini e dolci...tutto squisito dagli antipasti ai primi, perfetta cottura della carne, menù con un occhio alla tradizione ma con rivisitazioni, sicuramente da ritornarci ed anche a breve considerando l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Facilmente raggiungibile con siti archeologici nelle immediate vicinanze irrinunciabile per chi ama la natura e il mangiare bene! Un plauso al personale veramente gentile e puntuale. Chosen at random (obviously checking the reviews) I was immediately impressed by the immediate availability (there were seven of us) .Well the digitized menu, which also offers an accurate description of the dishes, wines and desserts ... all delicious from appetizers to first courses , perfect cooking of the meat, menu with an eye to tradition but with reinterpretations, definitely worth returning to and also shortly considering the excellent quality / price ratio. Easily accessible with archaeological sites in the immediate vicinity, essential for those who love nature and good food! An applause to the really kind and punctual staff.
F	Federico Oliviero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andiamo consigliati da Google e dal B&b del posto. Antipasto un po' scarso in quantità rimane qualitativamente di basso profilo. I primi sono originali con condimenti sofisticati, i ravioli con asparagi e mascarpone sono molto buoni e delicati, peccato siano solo 4, la pasta tipica del luogo con cinghiale e salsa di limone rimane un po' anonima, il selvatico sparisce e il dubbio che sia mischiato con maiale rimane. Il tiramisù è senza infamia e senza lode mentre la cheesecake di ricotta di bufala è davvero una delizia. Il servizio un po' distaccato porta la mia recensione verso il basso insieme al prezzo che è più da ristorante che da osteria anche se ovviamente gli ingredienti usati sono di livello. Spendiamo con mezzo litro di vino 52€ in due. La location è bellissima incastonata nella pietra e nel legno, comunque rimane una bella esperienza.

The olive oil and wine were great. Very friendly and helpful. Be sure to knock on the door, it might look closed, but it's not. Worth seeking out.

S	Susie B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very delicious food! We decided to drive here after going to the Gardens of Ninfa. This beautiful town of Norma sits on top of a hillside overlooking the valley. We went this past weekend (so not sure if this is the norm) and had to park on the street leading up the hill since the area by the restaurant is pedestrian traffic only (unless you live here). We only had time to grab a quick bite to eat, so unfortunately couldn't try out many of the wonderful menu items. Both of our dishes were delicious, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The brownie with caramel was heavenly!! The cheesecake itself was good, just wasn't a fan of the topping. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely come back again!
