Prenotiamo dietro suggerimento, presso il ristorante : Al Castello, posto di fronte al castello Caetani. Si tratta di un ristorante a conduzione familiare; cibo e bevande a km zero. Primi: pappardelle al tartufo e pappardelle ai funghi porcini e tartufo; con il tartufo grattugiato al momento. Secondo di carne bufalina e verdure. Vino biologico bianco e rosso. Crostata di visciole e panna cotta con le more appena colte, eccellenti. Titolare cortese e personale di sala attento e preparato. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Promosso a pieni voti. On a trip with the family, we stopped for lunch in Sermoneta, a medieval town south of Lazio. We book upon suggestion, at the restaurant: Al Castello, located in front of the Caetani castle. This is a family run restaurant; zero km food and drinks. First courses: pappardelle with truffles and pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles; with freshly grated truffle. Second course of buffalo meat and vegetables. Organic white and red wine. Tart of sour cherries and panna cotta with freshly picked blackberries, excellent. Courteous owner and attentive and prepared staff. Excellent value for money. Passed with full marks.
M	Maria Rita Felici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima posizione, esattamente ai piedi del castello e in prossimità di un bellissimo punto panoramico. Non mi ha particolarmente impressionato il pollo Lucrezia Borgia e l'antipasto non era abbondante, buona la panna cotta con le visciole.

L unica cosa che sono riusciti a fare bene sono le bruschette con il pomodoro. Two fried eggs with tasteless truffle 10 euros, poor starter with supermarket ricotta, fake Bassiano ham and two first courses which are the last (with the famous tasteless truffle). The only thing they managed to do well is the bruschetta with tomato.

Prezzi in linea con la qualità. Il belvedere offre una vista mozzafiato. Consigliato Wonderful place, overlooking the castle. Man muss vom Parkplatz (in der Via Madonna delle Grazie), etwas unterhalb der schönen und sehenswerten Altstadt ungefähr 600 Meter laufen und knapp 60 Meter Höhe ersteigen. Es gab eine freundliche Bedienung. An einem Samstag Mittag war es allerdings auch recht voll und laut. Nice little restaurant in the old town near the castle. You have to walk about 600 meters from the parking lot (in the Via Madonna delle Grazie), just below the beautiful and worth seeing old town and climb almost 60 meters in height. There was friendly service. On a Saturday lunchtime, however, it was quite crowded and noisy.
B	Benedetta Cremona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io amo i tartufi ed è stato questo che mi ha spinto verso questo piccolo ristorante carinissimo e con una vista romantica. Il mio ragazzo e io abbiamo mangiato benissimo e siamo stati coccolati dal personale. Non saprei nemmeno descrivere la sensazione di quando mi è stato affettato il tartufo direttamente sul piatto, un paradiso di odori e sapori, i prezzi giustissimi anzi, per le porzioni direi contenuti, la qualità dei prodotti ottima e il personale gentilissimo, attento e preciso. Il ristorante ha anche un piccolo negozietto dove è possibile acquistare i prodotti locali e noi ovviamente ci siamo andati e abbiamo comprato il miglior limoncello artigianale della nostra vita. STRA CONSIGLIATO I love truffles and it was this that drove me to this cute little restaurant with a romantic view. My boyfriend and I had a great meal and were pampered by the staff. I can't even describe the feeling of when I was sliced the truffle directly on the plate, a paradise of smells and flavors, the prices very right indeed, for the portions I would say contained, the quality of the products excellent and the staff very kind, attentive and precise. The restaurant also has a small shop where you can buy local products and we obviously went there and bought the best artisan limoncello of our life. STRA RECOMMENDED
G	Giorgia Alemanno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location caratteristica di stampo medievale, adiacente al castello di Sermoneta. Personale molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile. Derrate particolari tra cui le uova di giornata con tartufo nero fresco raccolto da loro ed il pollo alla Lucrezia Borgia, guarnito con una salsa dalla ricetta segreta che è una vera delizia per il palato. Entrambi Eccezionali Vino della casa leggero e buonissimo, ideale per accompagnare le pietanze. Da provare anche la grappa al miele ed il limoncello! Ottimi anche i biscotti serpentini che hanno una storia risalente alle crociate (1500 d.c. circa) Prezzi in linea con il luogo ma comunque abbordabili. Consigliatissimo! Parola di Giorgia Alemanno ? Vi aspetto ? Characteristic medieval location, adjacent to the castle of Sermoneta. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Special commodities including the eggs of the day with fresh black truffles collected by them and the chicken Lucrezia Borgia, garnished with a sauce with a secret recipe that is a real treat for the palate. Both Exceptional Light and very good house wine, ideal to accompany dishes. Also try the honey grappa and limoncello! Also excellent are the serpentine biscuits that have a history dating back to the Crusades (about 1500 AD). Prices in line with the place but still affordable. Highly recommended!
