Rapporto qualità e prezzo un po' sopra le righe. New place, a bit aseptic, friendly and helpful staff, rich and good appetizer, discreet first courses, acceptable second courses. Value for money a little over the top.

Siamo rimasti tutti pienamente soddisfatti dalle pietanze, il costo è decisamente conveniente considerata la qualità. Usciti dal ristorante abbiamo visitato gli scavi dell'antica Norba, un'esperienza assolutamente da non perdere. I went to the Sindacotto with the family after a visit to Ninfa. We received an excellent welcome. We were all fully satisfied with the dishes, the cost is very convenient considering the quality. Leaving the restaurant we visited the excavations of ancient Norba, an experience not to be missed.

Menù pratico, porzioni abbondanti, buono sapori, personale cortese, locali puliti: consigliatissimo. Great. More than adequate price for a really interesting local cuisine. Practical menu, generous portions, good flavors, courteous staff, clean premises: highly recommended.

Superlativo lo spezzatino di bufala alla cacciatora, ottime le patate al forno, ben cotte e non bruciate come di solito accade nel 90% dei ristoranti. Ho dato 4 stelle solo per la sala che è pulita e comoda ma forse un pò impersonale ed anonima. Comunque consigliatissimo per la bontà dei piatti, perfetto :-) Excellent dishes cooked with wisdom and taste. We took tagliatelle with meat sauce and mushrooms really excellent both for cooking and for seasonings. Superb buffalo stew alla cacciatora, excellent baked potatoes, well cooked and not burned as usually happens in 90% of restaurants. I gave 4 stars only for the room which is clean and comfortable but perhaps a little impersonal and anonymous. However highly recommended for the goodness of the dishes, perfect :-)
