★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal tavolo 39 buonasera. Oggi magnifica giornata a Conegliano conclusa con un ottimo e completo pranzo presso questa Locanda. Col tepore del sole abbiamo siam partiti con un prosecco di qualità prodotto da cantina del luogo. Poi antipasto di crostini, bigoli con sugo di anatra, uno spiedo (non vi dico come composto così lo scoprirete), un coniglio con la pevarada. Poi dulcis in fundo tiramisù spaziale. Servizio puntuale e cordiale grazie a Carlo e la collega. Un grazie a Gigi il gestore che cura con meticolosità l'attività. Ovviamente ci rivedremo.
 From table 39 good evening. Today a wonderful day in Conegliano ended with an excellent and complete lunch at this Locanda. With the warmth of the sun we started with a quality Prosecco produced by a local winery. Then an appetizer of croutons, bigoli with duck sauce, a spit (I won't tell you how it is made so you'll find out), a rabbit with pevarada. Then last but not least space tiramisu. Punctual and friendly service thanks to Carlo and his colleague. Thanks to Gigi the manager who meticulously takes care of the activity. Obviously we will meet again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warm atmosphere, central log fireplace, good local food, wine and double-malt beer, which will warm you up nicely in the cold season. Prices are reasonable providing you don't go too far up the scale (the steaks are good). I'd recommend the bruschetta-style starters, then grilled meat or chicken main course accompanied by a local red. It's a pretty country setting with and outdoor terrace (no view) and good music, as Gino, the owner is a longstanding fan of Bowie (as am I), so sit down, raise your glass and enjoy some good sounds. The large private parking area is behind the restaurant so, on arrival, turn into the narrow lane on the brow of the hill and the entrance is 50 yards on the left. Buon appetito! Ivor Coward.
