Ho avuto la necessità di fare un cambio taglia e mi sono trovata di fronte ad una cassiera non solo incompetente ma anche maleducata, supponente e svogliata. Non mi dilungo in spiegazioni di quanto accaduto perche ho già contattato il servizio clienti per approfondire la questione perché l' episodio è stato davvero grave, ma ci tenevo comunque a condividere la mia esperienza con i futuri clienti. Tornati a casa una cerniera risulta difettosa e ci tocca ritornare per il cambio. In poco tempo di utilizzo si spaccano tutte e due le suole. Non serve aggiungere altro.
