Avevo un buono da 80 euro scaduto ieri, Domenica 22 dicembre, ricevuto a fronte di una spesa importante effettuata nel mese di novembre, oggi per un giorno in più non l'hanno accettato...il direttore del negozio ha risposto "regole aziendali".
Ieri a Napoli è stata una giornata da allerta meteo, raffiche di vento dove il sindaco della città ha invitato tutti i cittadini a non uscire di casa se non strettamente necessario.
Ora io dico per un solo giorno di ritardo, ripeto uno solo, potevano trovare il modo, se avessero davvero voluto, la possibilità di fidelizzare un cliente, non solo allo store, ma al brand stesso.
Il direttore per liquidarmi educatamente si è fatto lasciare il mio recapito telefonico dicendomi che avrebbe parlato con un suo superiore per trovare una soluzione...ovviamente mai più ricontattata

I had an 80 euro voucher expired yesterday, Sunday 22 December, received against a major expense made in November, today for one more day they did not accept it ... the store manager replied "company rules" .
Yesterday in Naples it was a day of weather alert, gusts of wind where the mayor of the city invited all citizens not to leave home unless strictly necessary.
Now I say for only one day of delay, I repeat only one, they could find the way, if they really wanted, the possibility of retaining a customer, not only in the store, but in the brand itself.
To dismiss me politely, the manager had to leave my telephone number telling me that he would talk to one of his superiors to find a solution ... obviously never contacted again
