Non rispondono al telefono né ai messaggi e quelle poche volte che rispondono ti rimbalzano con un "ti richiamo appena arriva la ragazza che si occupa delle pratiche di assistenza". Per nn parlare del fatto che hanno tto l'assistenza a Pietralata e ti mandano dall'altra parte di Roma e si tengono il mezzo per un mese e te lo ridanno con lo stesso identico problema.... 3 monopattini comprati da litio in 2 anni e mi ritrovo con zero assistenza. Avete perso un cliente. Mi reco altrove già da un po' e continuerò a farlo. Like many companies in Italy, unfortunately, once they sell you a product, assistance is non-existent. They do not answer the phone or messages and those few times they answer bounce back to you with a "I'll call you back as soon as the girl who takes care of the assistance procedures arrives". Not to mention the fact that they have given assistance to Pietralata and they send you to the other side of Rome and they keep the vehicle for a month and they give it back to you with the exact same problem .... 3 scooters bought from lithium in 2 years and I find myself with zero assistance. You have lost a customer. I've been going elsewhere for a while and will continue to do so.

Il rivenditore mi dice di poterlo portare dal loro meccanico il 12/04/2021. Ad oggi, il 14/06/2021, lo scooter ancora non mi è stato restituito... sono passati più di DUE mesi, che efficienza! All’inizio ero diffidente nel fidarmi dal sito, x l’acquisto dello scooter elettrico NIO NGT. Dopo aver ricevuto una telefonata da parte di Carlo (titolare della concessionaria) è qualche chiarimento sul modello dello scooter, posso dire che sono riuscito ad acquistare il mio scooter online con garanzie da parte del venditore, ma soprattutto la consegna è stata addirittura anticipata di quasi 3 ore. Carlo è affidabile, chiaro è trasparente con i suoi clienti. PS: tutta la pratica e la consegna non è durata una settimana dalla chiusura del bonifico… PPS: vivo a Modena… I share my experience with Lithium Electric Mobility, as I met it through an internet search. At first I was wary of trusting the site for the purchase of the NIO NGT electric scooter. After receiving a phone call from Carlo (owner of the dealership) and some clarification on the model of the scooter, I can say that I was able to buy my scooter online with guarantees from the seller, but above all the delivery was even anticipated by almost 3 hours. Carlo is reliable, clear and transparent with his customers. PS: all the paperwork and delivery did not last a week after the bank transfer was closed ... PPS: I live in Modena ...

Il CEO molto gentile e cordiale mi ha seguito su tutto il percorso d’acquisto dalla rottamazione del vecchio scooter, immatricolazione ed passaggio assicurazione sul nuovo … ed in circa una settimana avevo lo scooter nuovo! Hanno un officina per gli scooter/moto elettriche per i tagliandi o altri interventi o modifiche. Se dovete comprare un scooter elettrico, questo e il posto giusto. Ho trovato prezzi più bassi sul web, facile acquistare e pagare direttamente online, e sono rimasto veramente contento sia dello scooter che del esperienza d'acquisto e comunicazione. Penso che questo è l’approccio giusto verso un mondo più green ed i ragazzi del Litio Mobilità Elettrica lo fanno per convinzione! Grazie I bought and paid for the electric scooter online.
