Ma ad una mia amica hanno messo nel conto creme di cui non è stato chiesto il consenso se le voleva o meno.. oppure hanno inziato trattamenti di iniziativa loro, senza chiedere! Per sistemare delle soppraciglia solamente è arrivata a pagare 200 euro! Mi dispiace ma non ci si comporta così! Per il resto nulla da dire sulla professionalità! Arrivo e la cosa che noto subito è la voglia alle volte davvero forzata di mostrarsi professionali e formali. Vengo portata a fare la ceretta e per tutto il tempo (1h e mezza per ceretta con resina a tratti e poi ceretta normale) mi vengono esposti 1000 trattamenti secondo loro adatti alla mia pelle, cosa che mi ha molto infastidito perché mi è sembrato esagerato continuare per un'ora e mezza a "raccomandarmi" massaggi, prodotti e varie terapie. Ma il problema e la ragione che mi porta a dare una valutazione bassa è la fine del trattamento. Dopo essere stata sollecitata due volte a prendere già appuntamento perché "ci vogliono di solito 15 giorni per trovare posto" torno a casa per vedere effettivamente come reagiva la mia pelle a questa nuova pratica e trovo pezzi di ceretta ovunque. Vorrei poter aggiungere le foto per mostrare la condizione delle mie gambe. È stato allucinante. Pagare 75€ per una ceretta gambe e inguine per poi avere le gambe tutte sporche di cera mi pare un insulto. Forse sarebbe meglio concentrarsi di più sul trattamento che state praticando piuttosto che a venderne altri. Mi dispiace scriverlo perché all'inizio mi ero trovata bene, ma non lo consiglio. Andando da Curesté sono molto migliorata e ho la pelle molto più curata grazie ai trattamenti. Fanno anche la ceretta davvero molto bene,consiglio caldamente di venirci perché il personale è molto gentile e amichevole (e pure professionale) e il posto è molto bello e rilassante. Avevo problemi abbastanza gravi, provavo diverse creme ma senza risultati avevo bisogno di uno specialista che ci mettesse le mani, non riuscivo più a guardarmi allo specchio. Mi ha aiutato a risolverli e ho scoperto di avere una pelle delicata che non può stare al sole perché è la causa della mia acne che avevo. Ringrazio molto tutto lo staf ma sopratutto Barbara per l'aiuto e i consigli che mi ha dato.
