L	LazarLaki Stojanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale non e molto cortese e non si fa spiegare bene, sono stato da una signora con gli occhiali e i capelli ricci mi parlava con un tono di voce bassisimo mentre con la sua collega parlava normalmente e con me sembrava che sussuravva ho dovuto chiederle un paio di volte se poteva alzare il tono della voce però niente da fare faceva l’opposto, mi sa che lo faceva apposta, non ho capito veramente niente di quello che mi ha detto nemmeno quando mi scaleranno i soldi ne nient’altro. Pessimi, l’anno prossimo andrò a farlo in un’altra sede anche se dovrò riportare tutti i documenti da capo ma almeno spero che abbiano più voglia di lavorare. The staff is not very courteous and do not do well explain, I was from a lady with glasses and curly hair I spoke with a voice Very low tone while his colleague was speaking normally and to me it seemed that sussuravva I had to ask a couple of times if he could raise the tone of voice but no way did the opposite, I think he did it on purpose, I have not really anything that I realized that even when I climb the money do nothing. Terrible, next year I'll go and do it in another venue, even if I have to report all the documents from scratch but at least I hope they have more desire to work.

Personale non propriamente all'altezza, confusione negli appuntamenti (hanno fatto confusione a darmi l'orario dell'appuntamento ma la colpa è stata mia secondo loro). Più che risolvere problemi a volte li creano dando risposte approssimative e non tecniche (ad esempio "noi facciamo così, punto"). Mai più mi vedranno. One star is too much. Bad experience. Staff not quite up to par, confusion in appointments (they messed up giving me the time of the appointment but it was my fault according to them). More than solving problems, they sometimes create them by giving approximate and non-technical answers (for example "we do this, period"). They will never see me again.
